We were given the option to cancel this booking on the day as there was loads of cloud cover, we were offered a full refund. They have not returned our money and will not answer emails. Terrible service to a customer.

Northern lights tour, guides were Max and Oliverd
Booking was little confusing since site offered only times before sundown,and office was empty in easter time, but emails confirmed correct time later. Otherwise friendly tour guides and professional photographers were nice addition since my own camera was quite bad in nightime photos. So pick them if you want to make sure that citys light pollution or camera issues do not ruin rare occasion, especially if you want to keep significant others happy.
