Tesla test drive Zagreb
This experience was a disappointment. Only a single car when it was advertised there would be two models and the experience was 15 minutes shorter than advertised. Most of the time was spent parked not driving. The car was unwashed and had rubbish in the boot. Would have been cheaper, cleaner, and easier just to go to a dealership or to rent a car for a day. I usually love Viator and my other experiences have been great but this was an unprofessional and misleading experience.

The cleanliness of the vehicle is affected by the frequency of use and weather conditions. Your ride was the third of the day, and as a result, the car may not have looked as if it had just arrived from the car wash, especially considering public roads and inclement weather. Regarding the duration, we acknowledge that traffic conditions can impact the timing of the ride. We aim for 65-75 minutes, but variations can occur. We understand that a refund was requested and not provided. It appears that the negative review may be attributed to this denied refund, although the reason for the refund request was not clear.

Excellent!
Booked the service as an airport transfer i Split to the hotel for my family of four. The driver was waiting in the arrival hall of the airport with a clear sign, professionalism all the way and fluent English speaking with lots of good tips about the area of the hotel and Split city. The driver made sure the kids in the back had just the right amount of air condition. Being satisfied the first time around we again used the Tesla service to the airport when going home. Will use again when we go back to Croatia, highly recommended!

Reliable and comfortable transfer
Used this service in Split, Croatia to the hotel from the airport and was very satisfied. The company was professional in their communication all the way, showed up on time with a sign with my name who made them easy to find in the arrival zone inside the airport. The cars are comfortable and the driver paid attention to my family in the back seat and adjusted the AC according to our preferences. I was so satisfied that I booked the airport transfer with them upon going back home too. They gave advice in regards to what time we should depart the hotel factoring traffic into the equation and thus we had no rush once we arrived at the airport. The drive itself was as pleasant as the first time. All in all a solid airport transfer that offers many other types of car transportation and rental cars from Tesla which I am sure would give the same high quality experience. Will definitely use this service again when we return to Croatia!

Great experience
ljubica was a great host, she explained everything about the tesla nicely... even though it was a rainy day, it didn't stop us from enjoying the drive. recommendations to everyone to try something new. great experience

Great experience
Wonderful experience and lot of fun during the Ride. People from this company answer very fast and they were on the drive on the time. during driving we heard all about the car, showed us everything that Tesla have to offer, and later we tried it out for a drive.
