You can easily walk across the famous sandstone bridge, that connects Bastei and visit the ruins of the old medieval Neurathen rock castle from the 12th Century.

Great Day Trip
The trip was great. We got picked up at our Airbnb. Our guide was great, very friendly and informative. Each location was more than expected. The food at the lunch stop was excellent.

An great small group tour to Bohemia and Saxon Switzerland
This tour led by our excellent guide Ondrej was a great day out. It included a sombre tour of Terezin Concentration Camp before moving onto the stunning Tisa Rocks and Bastei Bridge in the Bohemia and Saxon Switzerland area. We enjoyed getting out to hiking in the beautiful scenery and listening to Ondrej’s insightful commentary about the area and life in the Czech Republic. A really well organised and enjoyable full day tour.

Wonderful day in the countryside
From booking until the end of the day this was a great experience. Booking was seamless and they set up a What’s App group to relay information. Ondrej was a fabulous guide, giving us lots of information and always answering our endless questions. Terezin was emotionally difficult but we learned so much. The 2 stops after were gorgeous and loved exploring these areas. It was a great day that I would highly recommend.

If you are looking for an incredible day trip that perfectly balances history, nature, and great local food, this tour is an absolute must! From start to finish, our experience was made exceptional by our tour guide, Warren. He was truly top-notch—incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and super fun to spend the day with. He had a deep answer for every question and kept the atmosphere warm and high-energy throughout the trip. Our first stop was Terezín. It was a deeply harrowing and sobering experience learning about the history of the fortress and concentration camp, but it is such an important piece of history to bear witness to. Warren handled the context with complete respect and sensitivity. Afterward, we headed out into nature to hike the Tisa Rocks (Tiské stěny). The rock formations were fascinating, unique, and stunning to explore—walking through the labyrinth of stone towers felt almost otherworldly. We also stopped for lunch, which was absolutely delicious and provided the perfect opportunity to refuel and relax after our morning walk. We wrapped up the day at the Bastei Bridge, and the panoramic views over the Elbe Sandstone Mountains were breathtaking. The sheer scale of the rock columns and the historic bridge made for unforgettable pictures. I cannot recommend this tour—and Warren as a guide—enough! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable day!
