We include almost anything you can think of that you will need throughout the day. You should be able to hop on the transport and worry about just exploring throughout the day.

Teotihuacan Mexico Tour
Drive one hour to arrive at the Archaeological Park of Teotihuacan. Restrooms are available upon arrival.

Your host will then begin the morning at the "Templo de Quetzacoatl." (30 minutes) They will provide historical information and details before proceeding to walk through "la calzada de los muertos," the main access point used back then to move throughout the city. (30 minutes)

Museo de Sitio Teotihuacan
After walking and exploring the walkway, there will be another restroom opportunity. The group will then enter "el Museo de la Cultura Teotihuacana", the park museum that hosts significant archaeological findings that were found in Teotihuacan throughout the decades as they continue to unearth new findings today. (30 minutes)

Immediately leaving the Museum, the Sun Pyramid will be next to the museum. Time will be spent discussing major and significant points related to that pyramid. (30 minutes) Please note that there is no longer any access to climbing the pyramids and any group offering such experience has outdated information posted. Piramide de la Luna
Shortly afterward, the group will transition to the Moon Pyramid. (30 minutes)

Finally, before preparing to exit the park, the group will visit “el palacio de Quetzalpapalotl,” one of the partially restored ruins that allows you to imagine what this magnificent city once was. There will be another restroom opportunity before leaving the park. (30 minutes)

We will then transition to exploring the subterranean caves that were once also pre-Teotihuacan homes and later sacred spaces for the Teotihuacan people. In the caves, we will proceed to explore what people today and back then considered sacred spaces, including a section of the cave that can offer a mystical awe. (50 minutes) Please be aware that this excursion may involve physical activities and terrain that could pose challenges for individuals with certain disabilities. San Martin de las Piramides
Lunch is our next stop. It is a five-course lunch that offers a variety of different flavors of food from central Mexico. Please notify host if special dietary restrictions need be observed. (60 minutes) Finally, there will be an optional tequila and mezcal tasting along with other local products before heading home. Here there will also be an explanation of how some of Mexico’s most traditional products are made. (30 minutes)

Excellent Experience!
Tania is an amazing tour guide! Be prepared to walk a lot, and if you come during hot months, it goes without saying but you're gonna sweat a lot and will need sun protection. We came in March and it was perfect. The whole experience includes the pyramids, underground lava tube exploration, and a stop at a place with genuine mineral souvenirs and those awesome hairless dogs (xoloitzcuintle). Tania will provide you with everything you need and will provide you with excellent information and anticipate your needs. Be on time! This is not one of those it's-ok-if-youre-late type tours.

Great day in Teotihuacan with Tania
Our family enjoyed a wonderful experience with Tania and her driver in Teotiuacan. We had two young kids (six and two year olds) and she was amazing and extremely patient with them. She explained to our older son every item our kid was interested in, in the various museums within the Teotihuacan complex. Our lunch spot was phenomenal, and included a 5-course meal. Overall, a 6 star experience.

Best Tour with Tania!
We really enjoyed our tour with Tania of Teotihuacan! She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was great at answering all of our questions along the tour and took lots of great photos of us. Tania has curated a great tour itinerary that highlights the history of this special place and the people who lived there. We also really enjoyed the 5 course Mexican lunch and she accommodated our need for some vegetarian meals. This is not a large commercial tour, but rather a personal guide that made our experience incredible. Highly recommend booking a tour with Tania!

Explored the temple area with friends and our guide Tania. She is a great guide, very accommodating and knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour with her to any of you. There is a lot of walking so bring good shoes.

The perfect day trip!
Perfect day trip! We had a great, fun, and engaging tour guide (Tanya) who gave us an in-depth tour of the pyramids and a local cave. Lunch at a local restaurant was delicious and then we visited a local stone artisan shop and then got a tour of the artists at work and met Mexican hairless dogs. Highly recommend this tour!
