We departed at 8:00 in the morning and arrived at the vast tea gardens of Niujianping after about an hour and a half. Here, we will commence our day-long tea-picking experience. Tea Processing Experience： Under guidance, you will learn the basic steps of tea processing, including withering, rolling, fermenting, and roasting. You will have the opportunity to participate hands-on and experience the art of tea processing Upon arrival, head to the tea leaf picking area located deep within the tea plantation. You will be guided through the tea fields to experience the joy of picking tea leaves. Local famer will instruct you on the correct methods of tea picking and share information about the local tea culture and history.
