Nutsubidze Skybridge
Step inside a classic Soviet residential complex where multiple high-rise apartment towers are physically linked high above the ground by massive steel footbridges. Ride the vintage coin-operated elevator up through the concrete shaft and, if she is on duty, meet Mzia, the longtime lift attendant who has managed the tower for decades. Walk across the suspended bridge for an incredible view of the ravines, learn how working-class families navigated daily life in these vertical neighborhoods, and experience authentic residential Tbilisi away from the tourist trails.

The building of the Ministry of Highways of the Georgian SSR
Examine one of the world's most famous and radical examples of Brutalist architecture. Designed by George Chakhava and Zurab Jalaghania, this structure was engineered using an interlocking "Space City" beam concept that allowed the natural landscape to flow right underneath the building. Your guide will explain the ambitious structural engineering behind the stacked concrete blocks, how it challenged conventional Soviet office design, and its modern-day adaptation as a major banking headquarters.
20 minutes here
Visit a striking modernist concrete structure built into the hillside overlooking the city. Although closed for years, this bold geometric building remains a masterpiece of late-Soviet monumental design, still carrying visible scars from the turbulent political and economic transitions of the 1990s. Your guide will share the history of the museum's exhibits, the architectural symbolism of its stark concrete facade, and its unique place in the city's urban landscape.

Exhilarating experience
We did this tour with Sergio as our driver & guide. From the moment he picked us up at our hotel we immediately felt comfortable. Although we booked paragliding only, Sergio stopped along the way to let us take pictures of the beautiful sceneries, and pointed out interesting sights that we passed by. He also pulled over a bend just to show us a place where the river had two different colors, black and white, whereas further up it is but one color, then merged back to same color farther downstream. We never would have seen it had he not especially showed it to us for it is not visible from the road. When we reached the place where our flight was to take off, we left our mobile phones with him and he took photos of us while we were being geared up, and a video recording of our take-off. We were so excited as that was our very first time. We were so lucky to have very clear weather and we had a real memorable flight. After that we had typical Georgian food for lunch where Sergio also showed us the proper Georgian way to eat certain dishes with our hands instead of fork and knives. It was such a great day, a perfect culmination of our Georgian trip. Sergio was a very pleasant guide and easy to converse with. In the end we booked him to drive us to the airport very early the following day. He picked us up promptly and got us to the airport safely on time, even when we overslept and started off later than planned. I would highly recommend this tour. Paragliding over the beautiful Gudauri peaks and valleys is an exhilarating experience. It looked scary, as the place of take off was at a deep and steep cliff, but i did not even had time to be scared because before i knew it, my feet left the ground and we were already up in the air. Truly memorable!
Response from the operator: Helen, thank you so much for these nice words! We are very pleased that you enjoyed our services and the wonderful country. When you will back to Georgia you know who to contact!
