Our tour to Kakheti exceeded all our expectations
Our tour to Kakheti exceeded all our expectations and was absolutely worth every penny. The experience offered far more than we expected for the price, making it an incredible value. A special thanks to our tour guide, Sandro, who was exceptionally knowledgeable about every destination we visited. He shared fascinating insights, answered all our questions, and was always friendly and easy to approach, making the trip even more enjoyable. We also want to thank our captain, Sasza, for his excellent driving skills. He was warm, friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. This was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We highly recommend Vitis Travel to anyone visiting Georgia, and we will definitely book with them again on our next trip!

Best trip I could ever have in Georgia
I had an amazing experience on the Kazbegi tour with Misho as our guide. From the very beginning, he created a fantastic atmosphere and made everyone feel welcome. His energy, sense of humor, and ability to connect with people turned a beautiful tour into a truly unforgettable experience. Throughout the day, he shared fascinating stories about Georgia, its culture, history, and traditions, which made every stop even more meaningful. He was always attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. Kazbegi is already one of the most stunning places I have ever visited, but Miso’s enthusiasm and passion made the experience even more special. If you have the chance to join a tour with him, don’t hesitate — you’re in great hands. Thank you, Misho, for an unforgettable day and for showing us the beauty of Georgia with such passion and professionalism!.

Exploring Kakheti the fun way!
It was a great experience from start to finish. We visited multiple places and each one was a memorable one. The best bit was definitely tasting the different wines (along with the chachas and churchkhelas) and learning about each grape variety and more. The group was fun, the vibes were great, and a big thanks to Sandro for being a fantastic guide! Definitely recommend!

Why this scores 76
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Tbilisi: 2-Day Retro Car City Tour & Kakheti Wine Trip: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tbilisi.
How much does Tbilisi: 2-Day Retro Car City Tour & Kakheti Wine Trip cost?
+
Prices start at $19 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tbilisi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tbilisi: 2-Day Retro Car City Tour & Kakheti Wine Trip take?
+
Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tbilisi is not rushed.
Is Tbilisi: 2-Day Retro Car City Tour & Kakheti Wine Trip worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 76 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 19 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tbilisi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tbilisi: 2-Day Retro Car City Tour & Kakheti Wine Trip?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Tbilisi: 2-Day Retro Car City Tour & Kakheti Wine Trip suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Tbilisi: 2-Day Retro Car City Tour & Kakheti Wine Trip?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tbilisi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tbilisi and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tbilisi: 2-Day Retro Car City Tour & Kakheti Wine Trip start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tbilisi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tbilisi?
+
On Outty we rank every Tbilisi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tbilisi:Evening Walking & Talking Tour with Wine & Boat Ride, Kakheti Wine Region Tour + 10 Premium Wine Tastings & Sunset, Tbilisi:Mtskheta,Jvari,Bazaar, wine tasting,Chronicles of Georgia. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tbilisi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tbilisi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
