A pleasant tasting by Juan. It covered well the history, context, production and varieties of Mezcales. I explain the tasting process step by step with good form and substance. Excellent varieties of Mezcal to be able to differentiate them in the tasting. Very good experience. Thank you.

Excellent experience!
An amazing experience, we learned a lot about mezcal and on site they have agaves of different species. They gave us a taste of different mezcals, while explaining the procedure to produce it. I will return to Ethnofood to learn more about Oaxaca.

Interesting and Fun
This was informative and fun; however, we added a mixology adventure to this and that enhanced the first part. If you do this tasting class, I recommend adding the mixology for a small fee. You will enjoy the tasting so much more. Juan is a really nice guy and his excitement is contagious. All in all, fun excursion
