A wonderful private tour - worth it!

Daniel was very experienced and knowledgable, and we really appreciated his suggestions. It was a wonderful experience and well worth the money to have a private group experience for the family. We'll be in touch again next time we're in Vancouver to see what other wineries might be suggested!

Response from the operator: Thank you, Mary! Your kind words are the best reward I can hope for, especially coming from highly seasoned and discriminate travelers and wine lovers such as yourself and your lovely family. I really look forward to seeing you again sometimes in the not too distant future.

Corporate event wine tasting

We recently went on a wine tasting tour with our office colleagues and had an amazing time! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and enjoyable. We were picked up and dropped off at a convenient location, which made logistics super easy for our group. Our driver and coordinator, Daniel, was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional—he made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. The selection of wines was excellent, and the service at each stop was top-notch. Every team member had a great experience, and we all appreciated the relaxed yet engaging atmosphere. We highly recommend this tour as a corporate activity.

Response from the operator: I can't thank you enough for trusting us again, Daniella, with organizing this fun, relaxing, yet I hope also informative outing for your team. Your endorsement for our contribution, as well as the acknowledgement of the ever improving quality at the wineries, motivates and rewards all of us. Cheers!

A fun girls day with the friend group!

This was the perfect daytime activity to do with a group of 15 girls who love wine! From 10:15am-4:15pm on a Saturday, we went to 3 wineries in the Fraser Valley. Our executive bus was comfortable, luxurious, and spacious. It has Bluetooth so we were able to karaoke on the road. Our driver, Darren, gave us amazing customer service and was very kind and approachable. He was happy to take all of our group photos and made sure we were on time for each winery. We never felt rushed and the timing was perfect. Special thanks to Daniel for all your help and suggestions with planning this event. We had an absolute blast and everything went smoothly! Zero complaints.

Taste of the Valley Private Wine Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Vancouver.

How much does Taste of the Valley Private Wine Tour cost?

+

Prices start at $674 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Vancouver usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Taste of the Valley Private Wine Tour take?

+

Plan for about 5.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Vancouver is not rushed.

Is Taste of the Valley Private Wine Tour worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Vancouver, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Taste of the Valley Private Wine Tour?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Taste of the Valley Private Wine Tour suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Taste of the Valley Private Wine Tour?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Vancouver can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Vancouver and add a light layer if any part of the 5.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Taste of the Valley Private Wine Tour start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Vancouver within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Vancouver?

+

On Outty we rank every Vancouver experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Whistler, Sea to Sky Gondola, & Shannon Falls Tour from Vancouver, Vancouver City Sightseeing Tour: Capilano Suspension Bridge & Vancouver Lookout, The Grand Bicycle Tour of Vancouver. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Vancouver?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Vancouver?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
