    Great tour and fab guide

We spent the first of our two day tour with Gabi, exploring Sydney, Bondi beach & the surrounding area. She was so enthusiastic & knowledgeable about all of the sights we explored. She was kind enough to amend the itinerary to include some additional places we wanted to visit. We loved everything she showed us. We had already pre-booked a second day to visit the Blue Mountains and now we are very much looking forward to it. We would highly recommend Gabi & this tour company to anyone visiting Sydney. We would also highly recommend booking the two day tour, it’s really worth it.

This is a very good tour!!! We had the best day

This is a fantastic tour. Our local Sydney guide Alex showed us the best day. From pick up to drop off everything was professional, seamless, comfortable and enjoyable. We visited Bondi (we now know the correct pronunciation), had a nice cold beer and some delicious pizza in Manly Beach (great story about the name!) and Alex allowed us to delight in his rich knowledge of Sydney history in The Rocks. You will not regret choosing this tour!

One of our favourite tours ever!!!

Out of our whole trip around the Southern Hemisphere, thistour might be our favourite… surprising us greatly! The whole day was an incredible amount of fun. Sam was at our hotel early and greeted us right on time to start the tour. From the first interaction we knew we were in good hands. Sam was so full of enthusiasm, obviously a proud resident of Sydney (and for good reason too), it was clear he was passionate about his job. The itinerary kept us entertained, informed, well fed and well quenched throughout the entire day. A perfect assortment of sightseeing, nature history food, Australian wines (Sam’s recommendations). It was awesome to see the opera house up close, learn the history in Rocks area and then enjoy a nice lunch by the beach at Bondi. It is a a day well spent and we are so glad to have chosen this company. Thanks again Sam, best of luck my friend.

Response from the operator: G'day Scott! I can't thank you enough for taking the time to write this wonderful review, we are very grateful. I am just so glad to hear that you all had a good time on board my tour. I had so much fun showing you through this great city that I love so much! Merry Christmas Scott!

Sensational day around Sydney with Alex

We spent an exceptional day touring Sydney with Alex. From the moment he collected us, his professionalism was evident. He had great knowledge of the city’s history, architecture, and culture, and he conveyed it with clarity and enthusiasm. We visited key landmarks such as the Harbour Bridge, Opera House, and Bondi Beach, as well as several lesser-known vantage points that offered remarkable perspectives of the city. The itinerary was thoughtfully paced, allowing us to appreciate each location without feeling hurried. The vehicle was immaculate and comfortable, and Alex ensured our comfort and safety throughout the day. His attention to detail and genuine pride in Sydney made this a thoroughly rewarding and memorable experience.

Sydney Private Full-Day Tour: Opera House, Bondi Beach & Secrets: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sydney.

How much does Sydney Private Full-Day Tour: Opera House, Bondi Beach & Secrets cost?

    +

Prices start at $419 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sydney usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sydney Private Full-Day Tour: Opera House, Bondi Beach & Secrets take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sydney is not rushed.

Is Sydney Private Full-Day Tour: Opera House, Bondi Beach & Secrets worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Sydney, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sydney Private Full-Day Tour: Opera House, Bondi Beach & Secrets?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Sydney Private Full-Day Tour: Opera House, Bondi Beach & Secrets suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Sydney Private Full-Day Tour: Opera House, Bondi Beach & Secrets?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sydney can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sydney and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sydney Private Full-Day Tour: Opera House, Bondi Beach & Secrets start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sydney within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Sydney?

    +

On Outty we rank every Sydney experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include WILD Wombat and Kangaroo Day Tour, All Inclusive, Depart Syd: Blue Mountains Best All Inclusive with Local Guide, Blue Mountain Small Group Tour All Inclusive. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Sydney?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Sydney?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
