The trip begins with a horseback ride through the tropical forest of PuntaCana Resort & Club. Like nature, riding through the forests and the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean Sea, we arrive at our Horse Room for a snack on the seashore, surrounded by mangroves and crystal clear waters, where we will have the unique and exclusive experience of swimming with the horses. in these. Our experience continues towards the “Indigenous Eyes” Ecological Reserve, a place where the Taino Indians have lived since before the discovery of the “New World” by the navigator Christopher Columbus. EXCELLENT !!!
I had a great time at Excellence El Carmen in Punta Cana from the shuttle at the airport to the clean room and accommodations. This was my first all inclusive experience and there was no lack of anything & it was a place filled with plenty. Each staff person Adriano, Juan Luis, Jean P, Keila, Charlie, Erica, and also the young lady at the bakery, coffee shop who always knew how to make my coffee. There were so many others that made us feel special because they genuinely paid attention to details and the service we received was phenomenal. We felt appreciated whenever they greeted us and whenever we said hello to them or they greeted us their response was always the same, every time they would respond by saying "Excellent". Finally I must say I enjoyed the dancing, entertainment and the food for our special D.R. dinner Event which was also "excellent". I really look forward to going back again.

Total Waste of Time, Money, and Energy. Avoid at All Costs!
Absolutely terrible communication. Paid $400 for a tour and not even any attempt at communicating pick up. Messages were completely ignored. Called them 3 times with no response. Their customer service is far far below the standards set by other operators in the area. Think twice before booking anything with Gray Line tour operators. They need to have some serious self-reflection and work harder to actually do the bare minimum.

The vendor website doesn’t give you specific information about what to bring. Wear a swimsuit there and you can bring a change of clothing. They have secure free lockers. You can bring a phone. When you actually swim with the horses you can set your phone on a bench. If you’re with someone have them take a video and picture of you. The photographer rides along taking pictures of you. The sell a picture package at the end $40 each. You can not buy individual pictures. The guides are super nice and helpful very professional and patient. Please tip as they work very hard 😎❤️
