UBH excellent bike, service and roads!
Second time I’ve hired from Ultimate Bike Hire and I’d definitely use them again. This time I booked a bike at the last minute for a couple of days, and it was no trouble at all. The whole process was quick, easy and hassle-free. The bike was virtually brand new, in immaculate condition and perfectly set up. It rode faultlessly throughout. Lisa was friendly, helpful and flexible, meeting me at convenient locations for both collection and return, which made everything really easy. Excellent service all round. Highly recommended.

Top Bike Hire Company with no complaints
Jason is a top guy to deal with friendly and cant do enough for you. The carbon frame bikes my wife and I hired were excellent and made the miles we cycled easier. The bikes were charged at a very reasonable rate

Work on customer service and manners
Was told in no uncertain terms that it’s not worth their while to deliver and set up the bike for only a day. Company is clearly only interested in long term rental. My suggestion would be to make it clear on the website and tell customers in a friendly manner if not interested in their business. Customers should not be made feel guilty for asking if they can deliver as advertised on their website.

Quality Bike, Price & Service
When deciding which of the many bike hire options in Pollenca to use, I looked for value for money & the quality of the road bike specs. UBH met both of these requirements well, particularly when comparing their prices to others. So the next question should be about the customer service & the knowledge of those running the show. Jason & Lisa were excellent, you can trust them, they know their stufff & i found the comms and help first class. I was due to pick my bike up at 4pm at their unit near the Duva Hotel in Port Pollensa. Unfortunately, Jason was delayed due to double puncture after hitting a pothole whilst riding. Lisa called & explained, with Jason then arriving at my hotel a little later with a free upgraded wheels set & proceeded to set my bike up from my submitted measurements quickly. He even came back that evening and left 2 inner tubes with reception for me (which i didnt emd up needing thankfully!) I like the fact that the owner is out riding (and clearly a good one at that looking at theor Strava) & lets be honest, these things happen. But the customer service after his accident was excellent. My bike was spotless and got me up Sa Calabra better than my legs did! Highly recommend these guys. Honest, knowlegable & great customer service.
