Lack of Viator system
Unfortunately, my booking did not go through well with Viator, then the guide didn’t show up at a meeting point. I lost my half day in Paris. I trusted Viator, but the AI chat asked me duplicated questions when I was in trouble, which made me more sad to deal with it and lost more time to communicate their AI.

This could have been good but our tour guide did not show up. So we did the itinerary on our own with no guide.
Response from the operator: Hi there, I’m truly sorry for your experience. A transmission error between Viator and our scheduling system meant your booking didn’t appear on our guide’s calendar, so no guide was dispatched. As soon as we learned of this, we processed a full refund. This is not the standard we aim for. We are currently improving the system for this not to happen again.
