    About this experience

What makes our boat tour truly unique is its flexibility — we tailor each experience to your preferences. Whether you want to visit the famous islands like Murano and Burano or discover hidden gems off the beaten path, we create a personalized journey through the most beautiful corners of the Venetian Lagoon. This gorgeous motorboat, built in 1938 in Sweden and designed by Carl Gustav Pettersson, was built out of Honduras mahogany planks on oak frames and combines pure elegance and beauty with astonishing history. A real eye-catcher from a time when the design language was not driven solely by functionality. The dream boat for wedding couples or for half day cruise in the Lagoon.

I am very glad that we chose this company for our mini relaxation tour with friends. Very good conditions, very clean. Special thanks to Captain Karl for everything he does for his guests.

Sweet Molly - Boat of a life time for Murano/Burano tours!!!

We were picked up by the Lady Betty boat and went to the glass factory at murano and then picked up in sweet molly and went over to burano for lunch and a wine tour. Our guide Pia and the boats were first class and we would reserve for our next trip!! Worth every penny and the experience was next to none!

Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for your kind message and thoughtful comments. We are so happy and grateful you were able to boat with us. Pierangelo told us he enjoyed speaking and driving with you. We hope to welcome you back again. Sending kind regards from Venice, Team CBV

    Relaxing tour of Venice lagoon!

Have been to Venice many times, but wanted to spend more time on the water exploring the lagoon with our group of 5 friends. Our charter on ‘Sweet Molly’ was exceptional. Fortunately the forecast rain didn’t arrive (as the boat is mostly open), but we were ready w/rain gear! Matteo was fantastic and made the trip very special…he picked us up from lunch on Torcello, and we agreed on an itinerary around the northern lagoon. He was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the islands, the history, current events, and culture. It could not have been a better day all in all. Thank you again - I will definitely recommend Classic Boats Venice to all!

Wonderful afternoon cruising the lagoon and island hopping

We had a wonderful trip with Pierangelo on the Sweet Molly, as wonderful boat. We went to Torcello and had a wonderful lunch, then to Burano for a nice stroll, then to Murano for a glass-making experience, and finally to San Giorgio to ascend the tower.

Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for your kind message and thoughtful comments. We are so happy and grateful you were able to boat with us. Pierangelo told us he enjoyed speaking and driving with you. We hope to welcome you back again. Sending kind regards from Venice, Team CBV

    Great time!

Wonderful experience!!! Pierangelo drove us to the lonely island of Poveglia. He was very polite and friendly. We got a free upgrade to the Sweet Molly the day before the tour. The entire planning went great and uncomplicated. It was a pleasure!!!

Sweet Molly Venetian Lagoon Boat Tour (4 hours): questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Venice.

How much does Sweet Molly Venetian Lagoon Boat Tour (4 hours) cost?

    +

Prices start at $1500 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Venice usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sweet Molly Venetian Lagoon Boat Tour (4 hours) take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Venice is not rushed.

Is Sweet Molly Venetian Lagoon Boat Tour (4 hours) worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Venice, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sweet Molly Venetian Lagoon Boat Tour (4 hours)?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Sweet Molly Venetian Lagoon Boat Tour (4 hours) suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Sweet Molly Venetian Lagoon Boat Tour (4 hours)?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Venice can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Venice and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sweet Molly Venetian Lagoon Boat Tour (4 hours) start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Venice within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Venice?

    +

On Outty we rank every Venice experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pasta and Tiramisu Cooking Class with Wine in Venice, Eating Venice Small Group Food & Drinks Tour, Venice Bacaro Food Tour: Eat and Drink like a Venetian. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Venice?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Venice?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
