Overpriced for what you receive.
The vessel 🚢 is nice and stable however very few choices of “included” beverages for the open bar. **Then you need to pay for “premium” drinks***. The dinner was decent(ish) though the steak was EXTREMELY chewy… had to spit most of it out. 😑. The sunset was lovely…. Half the passengers were there to enjoy the views, the other half to party…. So a rather odd mix. Music was LOUD, difficult to have a conversation.

Fun tour!
The crew was fun, nice and entertaining. The drinks were plentiful. We had plenty of time to see the arch and take pics. The trip back was definitely patty time!

Meh
One of the food servers at the buffet was very rude, the boat was very crowded for how big it was and not as organized as I thought it would be. The only fun part about this cruise was the last 30 min when the staff and guest danced. Would not booked this again, for how much we paid for it was not worth it.

Better than Expected
Amazing experience! Would highly recommend. Pick up was great from hotel, entertainment fun & definitely an energetic crew. Mixed drinks or anything you wanted they were there. Can’t wait to come back!

I ask for Sunday the 23rd...
I ask for Sunday the 23rd and they made it for Saturday the 22nd. I didn't realize they made it for the 22nd. I called several times from the hotel in Mexico and kept getting cut off. I got confirmation thinking it was Sunday but it was the the 22nd. They put me down as no show and would not reschedule for anything else. I would have accepted another offer even if it was cheaper but they chose to keep $234.00. This was a 1 time trip to Mexico for my birthday and anniversary gift of a lifetime at a 5 star hotel. I recommend you book any excursions with the hotel and not with them. At least the hotel will make it right, they didn't. To me very poor customer service and I would never recommend this inconsiderate and no empathy company and behave like pirate company and scam you. I am very sorry to say, they were not sympathetic at all. To them it was all about money and not about customer service. Be very careful with this type of company. They are not looking out for you, they are only interested in your money.
Response from the operator: Dear Gladys, Thank you for sharing your frustration with us. You made a booking for Saturday August 21th. Our driver went to your hotel at the time that we confirmed by email on August 16th. The pick up time was on Saturday 21th at 4:35pm. The driver waited for you 10 mins. No one came out. We understand that you mixed up with the dates, due to this you have been a no show. As a "no show" is not possible to switch or to do any changes even if this was a "mistake" that happened on your hand. Keep in mind that we respected every details of your booking. However you didn’t appeared on the day and time of your activity. This tour is not running on Sundays and due to the covid-19 restrictions who allow us to run at max 50% of the capacity no other option was available. Cheers,

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Sunset Dinner Cruise in Los Cabos: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Los Cabos.
How much does Sunset Dinner Cruise in Los Cabos cost?
+
Prices start at $99 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Los Cabos usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Sunset Dinner Cruise in Los Cabos take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Los Cabos is not rushed.
Is Sunset Dinner Cruise in Los Cabos worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Los Cabos, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Sunset Dinner Cruise in Los Cabos?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Sunset Dinner Cruise in Los Cabos suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Sunset Dinner Cruise in Los Cabos?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Los Cabos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Los Cabos and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Sunset Dinner Cruise in Los Cabos start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Los Cabos within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Los Cabos?
+
On Outty we rank every Los Cabos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ziplining and UTV Desert Adventure from Los Cabos, Cabo 4x4 ATV Tour with Tequila Tasting and Mexican Buffet Lunch, Cabo Beach Camel Ride, Mexican Buffet and Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Los Cabos?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Los Cabos?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
