Blanca has awful customer service
We asked multiple times where this sunset cruise left and were told in San Jose marina. When the driver arrived....mind you 30 minutes late with zero apology. I spoke to Blanca who was extremely rude which is crazy customer service. When my husband tried to reason with her she sent us the most unprofessional response...see attached photo. I understand people miscommunicate but for her to respond on that manner and she is the email listed on their website is crazy. She threatened us in her response. If the company is happy with having that as their face of customer service that is on them but do not use. We have had so many better experiences basically anywhere else. Do better! And I realize that she will respond with some angry response from balance lol so we are awaiting it. Also here is her email. blanca.garcia@cabodaytrips.com Blanca, do better, you are very rude and should not be in the service industry. If you needed the 200 then just let us know.

For anyone that would read that Review, the guests purchased a Sunset Cruise out of the Marina in Cabo San Lucas with Pick up in San José del Cabo. He never asked where the Boat would leave and the description on the Tour Page clearly shows that the Boat departs out of the Marina in Cabo San Lucas. The guests did not Board out Transportation and in exchange of a threat for posting this Review and cancelling his Crédit Card Charge asked for a Refund. The spaces have been there for the Guests, Food and Beverages have been purchased and the Vehicle went to Pick them up. We donated their Food to someone that needed it. He did by the way not purchase the Tour he posted the comment to. Out the 200 Usd we "needed" we spend Money of Fees, Good, Beverages, Saleries and Gasoline, not much left after. But the spaces could not longer be sold to someone else and we would loose that Money. We wish the guests a great Life.

Misleading as best..
The tour description is Misleading. There is no city tour at all as described. You’re picked up by a non English speaking driver and dropped off in the city and told be back in 45 mins for the boat tour. I did wonder why the tour description states 2:30 start but then the operator of the tour contacted us and said pick up was 3:35. That itself gives no time for any type of tour. There is also no professional tour guide as this advertises. There are also no COVID safety protocols followed on this tour while in the shuttle. The only positive was when I reached out to the tour operator they responded quickly and refunded my money. They did even say to take the sunset cruise but given how reckless and misrepresented this tour was we skipped and found a more reliable tour operator. Do not book this tour.
Response from the operator: Hi Thomas, thanks for your second post, the Time Is 2:30 because in Winter Time the Sunset Is an hour earlier, during summer time an hour later. You also return an hour later than in the Winter Time. Again, you abandoned the Tour after 10 minutes and have not given our certified and english speaking guide a chance at all. You are unable to even comment about the Tour or general experience. We have Hand sanitizer aboard, we try to enforce the Mask wearing and vehicle are sanitized after each service. In addition you must have noticed the capacity reduction. We encourage all our clients to leave a comment, we have attended More than 1750 people this year alone in this excursión and 99.9% loved the experience and Tour. I understand that you did not like my previous response and that Is why you took the time to post twice , again we hope you find that inner peace and at some Time Will be able to enjoy Life, as It Is short as Is

Misleading so beware
This is not a city tour at all. The description is misleading. A non English speaking driver picks you up, doesn’t enforce mask wearing, let’s other passengers blast vulgar music and they drop you in Cabo…that’s it. Then you meet back and go on a boat. This tour is worth about $50… the only positive was the booking agent refunded my money immediately. It’s advertised you have professional tour guide, nope non existent..it’s an expensive bus to Cabo..

Our company enforces Mask wearing on all our transportation, unfortunately during your transportation to Cabo San Lucas we had 2 passengers aboard that took off the Mask and played Music, we have no control of the behavior of the participants, our driver should have stopped the Tour and asked those clients to put on their mask or abort the Tour, about the Music, we are sorry, people have different liking's and should have lowered the volume withe respect to others. We have addressed this with our Driver and Tour Guide and a disciplinary action was applied. Now to address your other comments, our certified and Bi-Lingual Tour Guide took you to Cabo San Lucas and dropped the participants off at the entrance of the Tequila Tasting informing that he would park the car and than re-join the Tour in a few minutes. We do this as a courtesy to our clients and not making them walk from the Parking Lot to the Tasting. There is free time after the Tequila Tasting for shopping as advertised and really liked by most of our passengers, after shopping the Guide takes you to Cabo San Lucas Main Square and the Mission, but you missed this part because you abandoned the Tour at the very beginning before taking advantage of the rest of the Excursion in addition to the Fantastic Sunset Cruise that alone has a value of 89 usd per person. If you add up a cost for a Taxi from your Hotel and a similar quality Sunset Dinner Cruise with Open Bar you would have paid much more. We have refunded you right after we received your several impulsive messages and also offered you to still go on the Sunset Cruise as a gesture of good will and without cost to you. But you abandoned the Tour 10 minutes after it started and even did not give us or the Tour Guide a chance. We have refunded your Money and have also offered you a Full City Tour for the following day on top of the free sunset cruise we offered you, you declined that offer as well. We value your input and are happy that we were able to take actions with our Guide about the Mask issue, which really has been a challenge not only for us but for ALL Tours and areas in general, some people just refuse to understand. the rest we believe is untrue and hundreds of people that joined our Tour would agree with us that our Adventure is of great value, very entertaining and fun. We hope you can find that inner peace that you are missing some day and are able to enjoy life to its fullest.

Rene is awesome!
Rene was a phenomenal guide! Even though our itinerary said it included a glass blowing demonstration (sent to me by the company) when he arrived and I presented to him he said it was unfortunately not a part of the tour. However, he saw how upset we got and made some calls and got us taken care of!
