The temple features a striking five-tier pyramid structure with steep overlapping terraces leading to five sanctuary towers arranged in a quincunx pattern on the uppermost level. Surrounded by moats, Ta Keo symbolically represents the sacred Mount Meru, the mythical home of the Hindu gods. Wonderful Angkor Wat Experience with Sona
We had a great tuk-tuk experience visiting Angkor Wat! Sona was an excellent driver—very kind, friendly, and always on time. We ended up booking her for two days in a row because everything went so smoothly the first day. She made the whole trip comfortable and stress-free. Our 2-year-old son even got very attached and is already missing Sona 😊 Highly recommend!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 We’re delighted to hear you had such a smooth and enjoyable Angkor Wat experience with Sona. It means a lot that you chose to travel with us for two days, and we’re especially happy your little one enjoyed the trip too! We’ll be sure to pass your lovely feedback to Sona. Hope to welcome you again in Cambodia! With kindly regards

Helpful, friendly and reliable tuk tuk driver
Sokun was very prompt at picking us up from our hotel to take us on our days temple trip. He took us to buy the ticket and then drove us safely to Angkor Wat, providing water and refreshing wipes at each stop. He spoke good English to guide us as he dropped us and collected us at each temple. He ensured we had opportunities to buy food if required for lunch we just needed to ask. What a polite and kind man. We also booked him the following day to take us to the floating village at Tonle sap lake. He was with us the whole time on each day waiting for us to do our touring I would highly recommend using him if you need a tuk tuk driver …. Hassle free Thank you Sokun
Response from the operator: Dear Sarah, Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for taking the time to share your experience! We’re delighted to hear that you had a great time exploring Angkor Wat and the Small Tour Circle with Sokun. Providing prompt service, helping with tickets, offering water and refreshing wipes, and making sure our guests feel comfortable and well looked after are all part of the experience we aim to deliver. It’s also lovely to know that you enjoyed your visit to the floating village at Tonle Sap Lake and felt well cared for throughout both days. Your kind words about Sokun being polite, friendly, and reliable truly mean a lot to us. Thank you again for your recommendation. We hope to welcome you back to Siem Reap for another hassle-free adventure in the future!

Sunrise Tour with all the Temples
My husband and I did the sunrise tour this past week. The sunrise itself was beautiful but kind of only worth it once (it’s pretty crowded) - the best part of the tour was honestly all of the other smaller temples we visited. They were less crowded, just as beautiful and our driver (while he didn’t go through each temple with us) was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and told us information as we went along. We ended up finishing after noon - all in 6-7 hour tour filled with tons to see and do.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for kindly recommended and a wonderful, Thank you so much, We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the comfortable, relaxing with our Tuktuk driver and Sona’s friendly, professional service. We hope to welcome you again on your next trip in Cambodia. Safe travels!

Why this scores 67
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Sunrise Angkor Wat Tour by Private Lady TukTuk Driver: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Siem Reap.
How much does Sunrise Angkor Wat Tour by Private Lady TukTuk Driver cost?
+
Prices start at $17 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Siem Reap usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Sunrise Angkor Wat Tour by Private Lady TukTuk Driver take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Siem Reap is not rushed.
Is Sunrise Angkor Wat Tour by Private Lady TukTuk Driver worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Siem Reap, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Sunrise Angkor Wat Tour by Private Lady TukTuk Driver?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Sunrise Angkor Wat Tour by Private Lady TukTuk Driver suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Sunrise Angkor Wat Tour by Private Lady TukTuk Driver?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Siem Reap can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Siem Reap and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Sunrise Angkor Wat Tour by Private Lady TukTuk Driver start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Siem Reap within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Siem Reap?
+
On Outty we rank every Siem Reap experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Small-Group and Guide tours, Angkor Wat full Day 'Small Group with sunset & Tour Guide, Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Tour with Guide from Siem Reap. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Siem Reap?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Siem Reap?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
