An enjoyable outdoor hike with an informative and interesting guide.

Marcus was a great guide with a sound knowledge of the local plant life and environment. The Hike through the National Park was lovely and varied through creek beds and over rock formations. The adventure was myself and a family of five with the guide which was a great size for the time we were out hiking and the distance we travelled. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that enjoys the outdoors and learning about the local environment just outside of Stockholm.

    Great day in the forest

We had a great day with Marcus, hiking in the National Park, and cooking lunch over a fire. Marcus was very knowledgeable about the plants, and really enjoys passing on his firefighting and wood skills. Loved it, thank you!

A lovely day outside of the city.

Lovely hike through Naka park. Lunch cooked over an open fire, overlooking the lake! We had a beautiful day. Our guides were very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna. Would absolutely recommend this tour for some moderate exercise is a beautiful location!

    Magical Hike

Daniel led an exceptional heartwarming hike through one of Sweden’s local nature preserves. He fed us a wonderful lunch cooked on a blazing campfire and gave us the opportunity to walk across a frozen lake to see a beaver home. His expertise was a combination of fact and fantasy. There was no shortage of sharing life’s experiences and celebrating the magic of Sweden

    Disappointed

The hiking was cancelled by email as there weren't enough to justify the group hike. I didn't check my email until after I discovered the guide had not turned up at the appointed time and place. An SMS would have been a better way of communicating this important piece of information.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your message. We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback. As per our policy, our group hikes require a minimum of two participants to proceed. Since you were the only participant for this tour, the hike was canceled in advance, and we sent you an email notification regarding this. The guide was not at the meeting point precisely because there was no tour scheduled following the cancellation. We apologize if the email notification was not seen in time. While we use email as our primary method for cancellations to ensure clarity, we will take your suggestion about SMS into consideration for future cases. If you’d like, we would be happy to help you reschedule for another date when there are more participants. Best regards

Stockholm Archipelago Hike with Boat, Fire & Beach on Nåttarö: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Stockholm.

How much does Stockholm Archipelago Hike with Boat, Fire & Beach on Nåttarö cost?

    +

Prices start at $165 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Stockholm usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Stockholm Archipelago Hike with Boat, Fire & Beach on Nåttarö take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Stockholm is not rushed.

Is Stockholm Archipelago Hike with Boat, Fire & Beach on Nåttarö worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 72 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 49 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Stockholm, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Stockholm Archipelago Hike with Boat, Fire & Beach on Nåttarö?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Stockholm Archipelago Hike with Boat, Fire & Beach on Nåttarö suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Stockholm Archipelago Hike with Boat, Fire & Beach on Nåttarö?

    +

Around 17 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Stockholm can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Stockholm and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Stockholm Archipelago Hike with Boat, Fire & Beach on Nåttarö start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Stockholm within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Stockholm?

    +

On Outty we rank every Stockholm experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Stockholm: Walking Tour of the Old Town, Best of Stockholm: Small Group Walking Tour (Max 10, 3 Hours), Vasa Museum Guided Tour, Including Ticket & Guide. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Stockholm?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Stockholm?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
