The journey was supposed...
The journey was supposed to be 1.5 hours but finished in 40 minutes and they didn’t go to all places was supposed to go to and the kept driving very slowly back until they nearly reach 1 hour in the trip. There was not much explanation. The tour was not good at all I don’t advise travellers to take it

Don’t use this company
We aren’t from NY and had some issues with arriving on time due to the express sub not stopping at our stop. Once we did arrive the cash attend was less than kind. She needs to learn how to address people with respect and manners. Also, the it stated it was 1 1/2 hour, it was as barely an hour. False advertising for sure. Pro was we got to see the Statue of Liberty and a lovely sun set. Wouldn’t use them again!!!

Unprofessional and not transparent
I booked a trip at 5 pm. A call came from from boating company and said it needs to be either 4.30 or 6.30. I chose 6.30 pm and reached 15 minutes before as per general instructions in Viator site. They made us wait till 7.17 p.m. The waiting area was small, very crowded and almost no sitting arrangements. Many families were with Small kids and older persons and the weather was very hot. Finally, the boar came at 7.17 p.m. When the passenger protested the employees said the timing was 7 p.m and 6.30 was boarding time. That was not true or very deliberately miscommunicated. Also, trip was supposed to be for 90 minutes but it was hardly over 70 minutes. All in all, it seemed management was unprofessional and did not pay attention to our concerns.

Avoid this operator! We signed up for a 90 minute boat tour at 2 pm. Our instructions included arriving at least 15 minutes early. We arrived even earlier at about 1:25 pm. We learned our boat wouldn't leave until 2:30 pm. I'm pretty sure they combined the 2 pm and 2:30 pm tours without notifying us. The pier is a bit hard to find and for NYC pretty isolated. No water no food nearby. Take your own. But then they'll warn you no drinks and food allowed. So we waited for nearly an hour with minimal shade. Oh they have their own water, soda and snacks for sale on board. 4 Costco-like water bottles, a can of ginger ale, and two small Nutella bars $45. I declined. I did winnow down the order to two waters and the ginger ale - $30. Not sure about the math there (water bottles were about $7 each). Not sure about any of the math. I declined. Nothing about safety. I believe I spied life jackets beneath canvas. A tour narration started late. And the narrrator read in a very halting way from a very meh written script. The tour got back in an hour after cruising down east Hudson and idling at the Statue of Liberty. I have no idea what happened to the extra 30 minutes of the 90 minute tour, but was happy to get off this low budget operation. Oh and they wanted tips at the gang plank's end. I have no idea why this was maybe the 4th or 5th listed Viator recommendation for NYC. But you get what you pay for.

The cruise was supposed...
The cruise was supposed to start at 2Pm. Started at 2:40pm. My elderly parents were just sitting there in the hot sun for over an hour because these guys said we need to be there half an hour before boarding. The cruise proceeds to be fast as if to make up the lost time. No hovering to click pictures, no slow nothing. One of the worst experiences my parents faced. Do not recommend.
