Incorrect meeting place and flag color instructions given to us
We were told to meet the tour guide at V di Porta Angelica, 83 , 00193 Roma RM,Italy. We were instructed, in writing, that the tour guide would be holding a white flag. The shop owner at this address said she did not know why Viator instructed people to meet at her address. We tried calling +393249268892 numerous times. We could not connect. Finally, we were contacted by WhatsApp by Viator. Viator instructed us to go to their office, which was a short distance away around the corner and down the street. We were approximately 1 hour late for thus tour. . Other people arrived after we did The tour guide was holding a blue flag- not white which was written on our paperwork ! This whole incident was very distressing to us. We were unable to complete our tour of the grottoes and dome. We had another tour with TripAdvisor for a cooking class which we had to get to causing us to leave this tour earlier than intended. We expect to be refunded for this Viator tour which we were unable to complete.
