Tour operators extremely insensitive to transportation issues that prevented us from taking the tour.

Unfortunately, you did not contact us about this directly. Thus it was beyond both your control and ours it seems. Regrettably, this means we cannot delay the departure for other guests who have not arrived by the scheduled starting time. Great Tour With The Best Guide
My grandpa and I took this tour today! Our guide was Noel Quinn and he was the best! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and kept us so interested the entire time. He also took photos for us, and of us throughout and emailed them to us after. We ended up being the only two on the tour today and got a really personal experience! Our guide, noel, even took us for a coffee & tea break and covered our bill. Very kind man. Would absolutely recommend this tour, especially with Noel as your guide!
