Excellent tour from Gems of Chile!
This wine tour is an amazing experience. Our guide/driver Daniel, picked us up on time and took us to a Wine Market. Wow! What an array of wines, types I’ve never seen before, a blue coloured wine infused with blueberries, a chocolate wine (which we brought home). In Chile, they are so good with producing wines and always to seek for something different. To us, it was a treasure trove of tastes, we had tastings of several wines all so very different. The people there were helpful and keen to tell us all about the wines and how they were produced. We then went on to taste the sparkling wines at Casa Vinamar, probably the most beautiful building and vineyard we’ve ever seen. We were taken to the outside terrace to sit at a table laid out beautifully with wine glasses and an array of different foods. We begun tasting the first wine which was so good, then another three wines, each slightly sweeter and all exceptional. The fifth wine was made into a cocktail which was most unusual and ended the tastings perfectly. In between time we had been taken around the vineyard and the cellar and had everything explained well. Our journey back as the sun was going down over the Andes ended the perfect day in the best way imaginable. If visiting Santiago, this tour is a must. In all this we were taken and shown around by our excellent guide, Daniel of Gems of Chile, a wonderful tour company. We will travel with them again.

Memorable. Winetasting experience
This is a wonderful experience not to be missed. Cam thoroughly recommend. The first stop at the wine market was a revelation, being introduced. to Chilean wines that are unique. The introduction to the fine sparkling wines at the beautiful vineyard afterwards was the highlight of our stay. This tour is a must for wine lovers.

Sparkling wine fun.
Great time for sure, The wine market was interesting and fun to try some wine that I would have never tried otherwise like wine with chocolate. The winery was the star of the show, great host learned some really cool things about sparkling wine. The tasting was well worth this trip. It's to bad that they don't export the sparkling wine. We did buy our favorite of the tasting to take back and enjoy tonight with dinner.

Wonderful, easy, wine tasting
Daniel was a wonderful host! Pickup at our hotel was smooth, as was the drive out to the first stop at the wine store. Daniel made sure to find someone who spoke English to give us a wine tasting at the store and he brought some carrots to feed the Llamas! Then off to Vina Mar for a brief tour of the vines and a wonderful tasting of wines, and a very nice charcuterie board as well.
