Great Experience
It’s a unique experience. The Driver Olivia, was very very knowledgeable & professional. She picked us on time from our hotel& gave us a great ride & tour about St Lucia
Response from the operator: That's wonderful! Glad you had a great experience with your driver Olivia. Thanks for choosing phvtours for your excursion. Best Regards, Alisha

Worthwhile but underwhelming.
some attractions close on the weekend leaving few stops of interest. for example the chocolate factory is closed on Saturdays and the rum distillery is closed all weekend. Ends up a lot of hair-raising driving for a few highlights. But those Pitons are amazing!
Response from the operator: Yes, the rum distillery and cacao saint lici are closed on Saturdays. Sorry to hear you couldn't experience them. But there are alternatives like Morne coubarille estate where they do rum tasting and a brief cacao production tour. Glad you were able to make the most of it. Thank you for sharing. Best regards Alisha

Great tour with Kimbert!
The tour with Kimbert was great! He arrived on time to pick us up and was very flexible with the customization of the tour. At each stop, he gave us plenty of time to enjoy it without ever rushing us. He even brought us to a great spot for lunch at Marie’s local cuisine (in my opinion the best local food I’ve tasted on the island)! The tour was private and a great way to explore the island with the group you’re traveling with; highly recommend!
Response from the operator: That's wonderful, glad to have had you back on the Island. Thank you to taking the time to share your experience on your day trip to Soufriere. Have a great day, Kind Regards, Alisha

Olivia was fantastic! She...
Olivia was fantastic! She made the trip for my friend and me truly memorable. It was such a nice touch to have a ladies' adventure together. Olivia took amazing photos of us at the mud bath and waterfall, and we got some stunning views. The private route was a great way to avoid the crowds and really enjoy the experience. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a personalized and peaceful adventure!
Response from the operator: Sounds like you had a fantastic time. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with others. We really appreciate it. Best regards, Alisha

BEST CAR SERVICE IN SAINT LUCIA - hands down!!
So I can't speak highly enough of PHV tours! And we did not just use them for a Soufriere tour (which was fantastic!) - we actually used them for two full weeks on the island for multiple transfers to the airport and around town. I am originally from Saint Lucia and these folks were professional, great communicators, fair in their pricing and just so reliable/friendly. And they know their way around, let me tell you, especially when trying to beat that traffic going up north after a day of touring! I used their service both for family tours the first week for both my brother's family and my own (so two cars almost continuously for the week) and then for work-related events for trainings my team and I were doing down there for the second week, which required an even more complex schedule to keep track of two different cars doing work and leisure simultaneously. But believe me, they kept track, even though I did not present an easy task :) Alisha and Kimbert are the owners and they were just the best from beginning to end, and each of the multiple drivers from their team that we had (Mr. Henry, Kershun, Nhaeim, Igenus) were wonderful. Don't look anywhere and reach out to these folks to have a safe, fun, and reliable travel around beautiful Saint Lucia!
Response from the operator: Wow! thank you for that in depth review. It was a pleasure meeting you and your family, Thanks again for allowing us to accommodate you on the Island. I will give your regards to the team. Have a great day and I hope to see you on your return to St. Lucia. Best Regards, Alisha

Why this scores 68
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Soufriere Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Choc.
How much does Soufriere Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $135 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Choc usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Soufriere Tour take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Choc is not rushed.
Is Soufriere Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 34 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Choc, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Soufriere Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Soufriere Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Soufriere Tour?
+
Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Choc can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Choc and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Soufriere Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Choc within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Choc?
+
On Outty we rank every Choc experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include St Lucia Diamond Mineral and Mud Baths Plus Waterfall Adventure, Rainforest Hike and Waterfall Safari, St. Lucia Land and Sea Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Choc?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Choc?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
