Avoid the meal part
Our ride was so helpful and accommodating, loved our driver. The waterpark is at a hotel on the beach and then the food is on the opposite side. The whole place is just beautiful and so fun. We had the best time on the wibbit. We did the package that included the transfer the wibbit and the meal for four hours. We started with the wibbit and after an hour, we went to go get food and planned on coming back to do more swimming. The restaurant was beautiful the service there wasn’t so great. We were the first ones there and had to wait 45 minutes for them to serve lunch once we got seated. It took forever for them to take her order then other people kept getting seated and they ate and left before we still didn’t have our food. Then, when our food came out, they didn’t have anything for my husband and claimed that he never ordered anything which wasn’t true then it took so much more time that we ended up having to leave because we didn’t wanna miss our transfer back to our cruise ship. About 20 minutes later the waitress came running down the beach with his meal in a box and was all irritated with us because we left, but we feel like our time was wasted just sitting at the restaurant when we wanted to play at the beach too. My kids were just little so I wanted to make sure they had enough food in their bellies when they’re swimming too, which is why we did the food option. But if you can just avoid that unless you want to spend your time waiting. Everything else was perfect.

This bouncy park on the...
This bouncy park on the water was awesome! Probably one of the best my family and I have been to. My daughter, who is 10, loved it along with my husband. The staff was fun and helpful. Worth it with kids, and the beach and water itself were one of the best on the island - just gorgeous. There are food places available too.

Fun day at the Inflatables Park
We had a fun day at this resort. The people were friendly and nice. Kids had fun playing on the inflatables for hours. A longe chair and umbrella was included per person which was convenient for shade. The overall beach area was nice to walk around.

Care and Customer Service
This is an old experience 7/2020 but, I found my notes that I made about that day. His name was Joe, his post was at the Lazy River. My granddaughter was passed over again and again and wasn't fast enough to get a floatie and Joe stepped in and made it happen! We needed a 2 seat one and he made it happen. He was kind a hearted person and needed to be recognized for his care and making them happy !

Why this scores 66
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Splash Island Water Park in St Lucia: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Castries.
How much does Splash Island Water Park in St Lucia cost?
+
Prices start at $40 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Castries usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Splash Island Water Park in St Lucia take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Castries is not rushed.
Is Splash Island Water Park in St Lucia worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 25 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Castries, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Splash Island Water Park in St Lucia?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Splash Island Water Park in St Lucia suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Splash Island Water Park in St Lucia?
+
Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Castries can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Castries and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Splash Island Water Park in St Lucia start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Castries within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Castries?
+
On Outty we rank every Castries experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include ATV Tour in St Lucia, St Lucia Highlights Tour, Waterfall and Beach Safari in Santa Lucia. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Castries?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Castries?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
