Professional company delivering an amazing experience in Bali

This company came highly recommended and they delivered a service that went way beyond what we even expected! An extremely professional tour company that without a doubt strive for excellence! Efficient communication and smooth booking /payment process. We decided to book a private tour with Zero Gravity to Blue Lagoon. On the day of our tour we were picked up right on time and treated like VIPs from beginning to end. All equipment, towels, snacks, drinks and delicious lunch included. We have a daughter with special needs and our guides - Robert and Juce could not do enough to help us give our daughter a safe and amazing experience. I cannot tell you just how well they took care of all of us but especially someone who needed extra care and attention. Nothing was too much trouble. Two of us snorkelled and two had introductory dives - we all had fantastic experiences and the boys made sure we saw everything Blue Lagoon had to offer including close up encounters with all of the beautiful fish, sea life and even turtles! What an amazing day! We highly recommend this company in Bali who will deliver a top quality, trusted and professional service without a doubt.

Response from the operator: Dear Keating family, Thank you very much for taking the time to write this detailed and amazing review, and to share your experience with Zero Gravity Diving. Private Snorkeling Trip

I booked a private snorkeling trip with Zero Gravity Diving. My guide, Gede, picked me up at my hotel, and we drove to the dive school to try on the gear, including a professional wetsuit. Here I also met Branko, the owner, who was super friendly and made sure everything was perfectly organized for the trip. After that, we drove to Padangbai, where our captain and the boat were waiting for us. The first snorkeling location was Blue Lagoon. Gede was a fantastic guide and helped me spot sea animals that I wouldn’t have seen otherwise, including large octopuses, a snake eel, and a stingray. We even saw dolphins while taking a short break. We then moved to Bias Tugel, where we were lucky to swim with turtles. During the entire trip, I was provided with water, hot tea, fresh fruits, and clean towels and felt safe and cared for. After returning to the port, we could shower and change, and we had a delicious lunch before driving home. Overall, the trip was far beyond my expectations, and I absolutely recommend Branko & his team.

Response from the operator: Dear Emi, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with Zero Gravity Diving. We are happy to read that you are satisfied with our team and personal service. It was our pleasure to organize trip for you and show you magnificent underwater world in Bali. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. :) Our Best Regards Zero Gravity Diving Bali Team

Snorkelling at Padangbai Blue Lagoon: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kuta.

How much does Snorkelling at Padangbai Blue Lagoon cost?

+

Prices start at $88 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kuta usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Snorkelling at Padangbai Blue Lagoon take?

+

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kuta is not rushed.

Is Snorkelling at Padangbai Blue Lagoon worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kuta, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Snorkelling at Padangbai Blue Lagoon?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Snorkelling at Padangbai Blue Lagoon suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 5. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 7-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Snorkelling at Padangbai Blue Lagoon?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kuta can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kuta and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Snorkelling at Padangbai Blue Lagoon start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kuta within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kuta?

+

On Outty we rank every Kuta experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include East Bali Tour: Gate of Heaven, Water Palace, Sleeping Gajah, Ubud Day Tour: Sacred Monkey Forest, Tegenungan Waterfall, Rice Terrace, Bali 5 Days and 4 Nights Private Tour - Best and Famous Site. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kuta?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kuta?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
