Amazing excursion
Mark was our driver. He was so informative. He showed us the ends and out of Jamaica on our route. The tour was amazing. I love that it was private and they allowed us to take our time to snorkel. and we were able to shop for souvenirs and have lunch after.

The driver did not let us know he was an hour late. He tried to reach out to me thorough "I message" which I did not have and I had to call Viator to get an update which kind of took some enjoyment from the experience. Once he uses WhatsApp and we could text all went smoothly.The two guys on the boat were great and the hour in the water went super fast, and all of us had a great time. I would recommend despite the hic at the start..

Fantastic with kids, private and safe! Beautiful fish and reef when snorkeling!
Excellent experience, we were picked up at Jewel grand all inclusive resort by a private van that was impeccably clean, with water provided, and towels for afterwards. Our driver was courteous and knowledgeable about the area, on time and brought us after our snorkeling experience to do some shopping. We arrived at the boat location, it was only a 25 minute drive, scenic. We had two captains and a private boat, it took 10 minutes to get out to the snorkel reef, all the equipment was great and provided. The kids had lifejackets and one of our captains helped the kids in the water with a flotation device, bringing them near the fish overall it was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend it, and I will definitely book again. We tipped our driver as well as both of the boat captains because they were awesome.

Amazing experience
It was an amazing time! We got picked up from Jewel Grand. The first stop was the snorkeling excursion which was just breathtaking. Then our driver picked us up and took us to the souvenir shopping where we got to take pictures with the entire Montego bay including the airport. Beautiful!
