1. Klang

   Klang, also spelled Kelang, city and port, west-central Peninsular (West) Malaysia. It lies on the Kelang River and the 40-mile (64-km) Kuala Lumpur–Port Kelang railway. The city is an administrative centre of a rubber- and fruit-growing district. During the 19th-century tin rush, Klang served as a port of entry to the central region. Formerly noted for its coffee, it began intensive production of rubber in the 1890s, when the price of coffee fell, and rubber was planted on cleared local estates.

3. Chennai Silk Palace

   The former Chartered Bank building (now Chennai Silk Sarees) Next to the Royal Gallery is the former Chartered Bank building. This neoclassical building, which dates from 1874, was the first bank to be opened in Klang. During World War II the Japanese used the premises to interrogate and execute prisoners of war. The building has more recently been renovated and it is now occupied by Chennai Silk, a retailer of saris, fabrics and more.

4. Istana Alam Shah

   Alam Shah Palace Istana Alam Shah is the official palace of the Sultan of Selangor, located in southern Klang, the royal town of the state of Selangor, Malaysia. Despite the Sultan having two other official residences in Shah Alam and Putrajaya, most royal ceremonies (such as the coronation of a new Sultan) involving the Selangor royal family are held in Istana Alam Shah. The palace has 15 rooms and was built using wood and marble. In early 2000, extensive renovations were carried out by Sultan Salahuddin Shah.

5. Little India District

   Little India (Tengku Kelana Street) Make your way towards the Little India District which is centred around Jalan Tengku Kelana. Klang has a sizeable ethnically Indian community and the Little India district is bustling and interesting, packed with colourful shops selling saris, textiles, bangles, jewellery, food items, spices, flowers etc. The pavement outside some of the shops is so clean and shiny you feel like you should take your shoes off before walking on it.

6. Church of Our Lady of Lourdes Klang

   Church of Our Lady of Lourdes The Church of Our Lady of Lourdes (OLL) is a church located on Jalan Tengku Kelana, Klang, Malaysia. Built in 1928, the current parish priest is Rev Fr Jude Gregory Chan and is assisted by Rev Fr Ferdinand Magimay. The church had celebrated its Golden Jubilee in 2008 after the church building had undergone some restoration and repainting works. Additionally, a new four-storey formation centre, named Wisma Lourdes, had been added to the church's complex in order to meet the increasing number of students and classes needed for Sunday School. Wisma Lourdes also houses the parochial house. Klang Convent School The school is located at Jalan Tengku Kelana adjacent to the Church of Our Lady Of Lourdes. It was established in 1924 and initially only 19 students only studying in this school. Main school building was built around the year 1926 to 1928. Was officiated by Sir William Peel in 1928.

7. Masjid India Muslim Tengku Kelana

   Tengku Kelana Indian Muslim Mosque Masjid India Muslim Tengku Kelana Klang was built in 1910 for religious and community activities by the Indian-Muslim community living in Klang and the surrounding area. The mosque is located on Jalan Tengku Kelana, Klang which is a popular Indian shopping area. The original building of the mosque has been demolished and replaced with a new mosque building in 1973. However, this building has also been demolished to replace the large and modern new 2-storey mosque to accommodate the growing number of pilgrims. The mosque is now one of the landmarks for Klang.

8. Sri Nagara Thandayuthapani Temple

   Sri Nagara Thendayuthapani Temple The Sri Nagara Thendayuthapani temple is over 150 years old and it is managed by the Nagarathar or Nattukottai Chettiar community.The main deity or Murthi is Sree Raja Rajeswary along with Ganesha and Murugan. Apart from these three Deities, a Durgai Amman shrine is also installed within the temple complex.Being one of the oldest and richest temples in Klang this iconic temple is well regarded as an important cultural and religious hub for the Hindus of Klang. This popular landmark has become an important destination for the faithful besides playing host for a wide range of cultural and religious functions.thus demonstrating its strong role in preserving the culture and heritage of Hindus in general.

9. Little India District

   Raja Abdullah Warehouse Gedung Raja Abdullah was built around 1857 making it probably the oldest surviving building in Klang, if not the whole of Selangor. This two storey heritage building was originally used as a warehouse (gedung means godown/warehouse) for Raja Abdullah, the first Malay tin-mining pioneer, who lived upstairs with his family while storing his tin ore and other goods on the ground floor. Klang Fire Station Continuing our Tour you will pass a colonial-era Fire Station. This fine example of a Victorian fire station dates back to the 1890s. Although it has been adapted to accommodate modern fire fighting appliances, it still retains many of its original features. 10. Conclude your tour with a visit to Mangrove Point Klang. Mangrove Point is a social project initiative under the Selangor Maritime Gateway located at Kawasan 14 near Klang River mouth with a coverage of approximately 70 acres on Selangor state land and Hutan Simpan Kekal. This project is a collaboration with Jabatan Perhutanan Negeri Selangor and is expected to be a new destination for eco-tourism and a public recreational area for the locals as well as the international. Mangrove Point possesses a unique mangrove ecosystem with surrounding nature that stimulates the element of meditation, health, and well-being through a biophilic environment. The visitors may begin their exploration from the designated Information Centre and continue their journey as they stroll along approximately 1 km of the boardwalk to observe the beauty of the mangrove environment and the diversity of flora and fauna
