I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
I booked a trip to Amalfi for 05.10.2026 via Get Your Guide. It was a gift for my mothers 60s Birthday, who has knee problems. I wanted her to have comfortable tour, not too much walking, also guided etc. The agency cancelled the excursion on the day of the booking, citing a minibus breakdown. I asked for a replacement minibus, but they made no effort to provide one. They claimed the cancellation was due to bad weather, but that was a lie; they cancelled it because there were too few participants. They left us stranded in Naples without assistance. My mother and I ended up taking the train and ferries to Amalfi ourselves—the weather was beautiful. They deceived us. They cancelled the tour in Get Your Guide app so I was not able to leave my review. I attach their issue handling and also picture from Positano how was the weather. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Amazing experience with an exceptional tour guide, Marguerite, and driver Daniela. Everything was very well planned and perfectly timed. We travelled with a group of young Spanish kids who were extremely sweet and energetic. I really can’t say enough how wonderful Marguerita and Daniela were!

Great tour but not so good tour guide
Had a comfortable ride on this tour and took in the beautiful sights in Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. Very crowded places with the usual tourist shops but nevertheless interesting. Tour guide didn't really give a background on each of the places and left us fending for ourselves as we made each stop.
