    Misleading description

The entire experience is misleading, it in no way is a small private tour with a cap of 10 people, it uses a shared hydrofoil of more than 200 people and even on the island your bus will have more than 20 people. Highly highly misleading description of the experience

    Capri blue grotto

Yesterday trip was great and Marcella was one of the best tour guides we have had. Very knowledgeable passionate and great personality. I would recommend her again . Blue Grotto was more hype but an adventure for sure.

    Capri tour from Naples port

Our guide was nice and informative but trying to locate her outside the cruise port was not easy and was very stressful . There are so many tour companies out there and they really need a better way of identifying themselves. They should hold up a big sign in the air that says Viator !!! Capri is beautiful the restaurant our guide took us to charged $5 a person table fee . Big rip off and they look for tips on top of that

Response from the operator: Dear Linda, Viator is not the name's company but the agency where we can provide our services. However you could see the logo and letters VIATOR written on top on our guide's sign. We' re sorry you couldn't find the sign immediately since in Naples there're other agency doing the same but we note that for the future, since we always try to improve our service. About the 5 euros table fee we 're sorry to tell you that in the whole Italy, when you seat at the table of a restaurant they charged you a table fee which it is not the waiter tip. We hope we could clarify your doubts and we wish to see you again here in the future!

    Giorgio was great!

My husband and I visited Italy for our honeymoon and did the Capri tour on our last full day. It was an incredible end to our vacation in our new favorite place! Giorgio was kind and hilarious, and it was great to hear about Capri from a local. He gave us great recommendations for places to eat and shop, and took some nice pictures of us.

Response from the operator: Thanks for this amazing review. We count on guides super qualified and we're happy to hear you enjoyed the Capri tour with Giorgio. We plan the tour but it's always the guide who makes the real difference! Thank you so much!

Small Group Stress Free Tour : Capri Island and Blue Grotto from Naples: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naples.

How much does Small Group Stress Free Tour : Capri Island and Blue Grotto from Naples cost?

    +

Prices start at $160 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naples usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Small Group Stress Free Tour : Capri Island and Blue Grotto from Naples take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naples is not rushed.

Is Small Group Stress Free Tour : Capri Island and Blue Grotto from Naples worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naples, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Small Group Stress Free Tour : Capri Island and Blue Grotto from Naples?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Small Group Stress Free Tour : Capri Island and Blue Grotto from Naples suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Small Group Stress Free Tour : Capri Island and Blue Grotto from Naples?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Small Group Stress Free Tour : Capri Island and Blue Grotto from Naples start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naples within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Naples?

    +

On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Sorrento/Naples/Salerno, Caserta Royal Palace & Gardens Small Group Tour with Shuttle, Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Naples?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Naples?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
