E-bike tour of Mexico City
The tour operator canceled the tour with Viator and yet I did not get an alert from Viator. We got up early, took an Uber to the meeting spot and sat for 30 min. I still don’t have a refund from Viator. The worst!!!

This was actually our first reservation on Viator, and unfortunately we did not receive or notice the booking notification in time, which caused the tour cancellation. We completely understand your frustration, especially after traveling to the meeting point early in the morning. We are already reviewing our notification settings to make sure this never happens again. Regarding the refund, Viator usually processes it directly through their platform, but we will also follow up from our side to help resolve it. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
