Wonderful moment watching the coast and the sunset

We had a beautiful trip along the coast with Gonzales and Sylvia - who were both great at explaining the species and all about the Catalan itself. Sadly we didn’t see any dolphins or whales, but the trip was still wonderful, calm, peaceful and a chance to see the island from another view. Thanks!

Ignore all the other excursions and choose this one

Would have enjoyed the trip, even without seeing the wildlife. We were very lucky and saw dolphins, a whale and even a shark. Loads of space on the catamaran gave everyone plenty of space, not cramped at all, unlike the other boats we saw. Didn't need a jacket, but easy storage for backpack with jacket was very useful. Our hosts were excellent, thank you 😊

    Incredible experience

Unbelievable, myself and my fiance (Leon and Abbey) decided to book an excursion on our final night with WeWhale. From the start Gonzalo and his team couldn’t have been more clear/helpful regarding the activity with meet times and locations. When arriving at the boat they were extremely welcoming, gave us a great briefing of the trip and explained that ours and the animal welfare is priority, and they can’t guarantee any sightings - this set our expectations and made us feel at ease straight away. As we left the port he made us feel involved by showing us what signs to look for when spotting dolphins/whales and also sharing his personal binoculars with us and other participants, rather than it being a boring sail around a body of water, this made us feel part of the team. We were fortunate enough on our trip to see the dolphins, with our encounter he was incredibly respectful towards the group of dolphins and seeing his and his crews passion for the mammals emphasised we’d booked with the right team. He spent plenty of time educating us on the marine life and his past experiences (showing photos/videos/research)… I could spend hours talking about our experience and how amazing it was, but I think it would be best for you to experience this yourself at a bargain of a price. Thank you again Gonzalo and the team, we admire your dedication and passion. This truly topped of our holiday.

Amazing experience, seeing Dolphins in the Atlantic, Gonzalaz and Sylvia were very informative and brilliant hosts. I recommend no alcohol on this trip,as seriously it is not needed.

Good trip but no whales and dolphins

Lovely trip - even though we saw no whales and dolphins. A little disappointing but the views, experience, and the lovely crew still made it a great tour. Thank you

Small Group Dolphin Sunset Tour on Electric Catamaran Lanzarote: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lanzarote.

How much does Small Group Dolphin Sunset Tour on Electric Catamaran Lanzarote cost?

    +

Prices start at $89 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lanzarote usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Small Group Dolphin Sunset Tour on Electric Catamaran Lanzarote take?

    +

Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lanzarote is not rushed.

Is Small Group Dolphin Sunset Tour on Electric Catamaran Lanzarote worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 122 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Lanzarote, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Small Group Dolphin Sunset Tour on Electric Catamaran Lanzarote?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Small Group Dolphin Sunset Tour on Electric Catamaran Lanzarote suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Small Group Dolphin Sunset Tour on Electric Catamaran Lanzarote?

    +

Around 43 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lanzarote can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lanzarote and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Small Group Dolphin Sunset Tour on Electric Catamaran Lanzarote start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lanzarote within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Lanzarote?

    +

On Outty we rank every Lanzarote experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Guapatini's Show Bar, #1 thing to do PDC (Badge of Excellence), Tour to Timanfaya, Jameos del Agua, Cueva de los Verdes and viewpoint from the cliff, MHT Lanzarote - Comedy Drag Dinner Show Experience - No1. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Lanzarote?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Lanzarote?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
