    Nice trip to Chiang Rai.

The entire trip is highly recommended for everyone to experience. It's an important journey to understand the culture of the Thailand. The itinerary includes pick-up and drop-off services, which is very convenient. There is no sales pitch, no shopping, and no soliciting tips. The White and Blue Temple is extremely beautiful and stunning, and the Black House is also quite interesting. The tour guide was very attentive, and the driver brother was particularly polite and enthusiastic.

    THEY DIDN'T GO THROUGH US

We could never contact the operator, they never went through us and we had to buy this direct and much more expensive Service, we did not want to miss the opportunity to live the experience. UNPROFESSIONAL

Response from the operator: We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by our failure to provide timely pickup on your travel day. Please accept our most sincere apologies—this does not reflect the standard of service we strive to deliver. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. We've identified a breakdown in order tracking and have reinforced our real-time monitoring system. Additional protocols are now in place to ensure no guest is overlooked.
