Pay to walk the tower, avoid the dining experience
The dining room was a private room with absolutely no atmosphere at all. The mushroom soup was good but the main course, fried chicken and fried rice was bland.
Response from the operator: Dear David, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the mushroom soup, though we’re sorry to learn that the dining atmosphere and main course did not meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your comments and will share them with our restaurant partner to help improve both the setting and the food quality for future guests. Your feedback is valuable in helping us enhance the overall dining experience. Safe travels

Unforgettable memories
A fabulous afternoon lead by our guide Sounda who was so informative about the Towers & to be on the tower alone without the other crowds of tourists was an added bonus not to mention our private lunch in the Club. My only observation is please read the dress code before you rock up for the tour as you may not get past security if inappropriately dressed. Fabulous tour.

Dining is very simple ....
Dining is very simple . The meeting point is not clear enaugh. He should tell us that there is an underground / aircon path from my hotel to the twin towers
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the dining experience and meeting point instructions didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate your suggestion about mentioning the underground air-conditioned path — that’s a helpful detail we’ll be sure to include for future guests to improve their comfort and convenience. Your comments help us improve, and we truly value your input. We hope to serve you better on your next visit.

Pls make it clear to the next customer on this.
Food was okay. But view was fantastic. Only I would like to comment that the communication for getting the tickets and meeting guide was bad. It was make known to us that we are required to meet him where n time. Had to call the travel agency numerous times and waited the guide for half an hour. And it seems we are the only ones who encountered this!
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the fantastic view, but we're sorry about the miscommunication regarding ticket pickup and meeting the guide. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait and make multiple calls. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and we’ll be reviewing our communication process to ensure better clarity and coordination in the future. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to serve you better next time!

Petronas exclusive dinner
We got a great view of the Petronas Towers, we had Malaysian dinner, I would say the food is ordinary but the view was good. Sundars is accommodating and patient in taking our pictures.

Why this scores 50
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Sky-High Dining Experience at the Iconic Petronas Twin Towers: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kuala Lumpur.
How much does Sky-High Dining Experience at the Iconic Petronas Twin Towers cost?
+
Prices start at $342 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kuala Lumpur usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Sky-High Dining Experience at the Iconic Petronas Twin Towers take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kuala Lumpur is not rushed.
Is Sky-High Dining Experience at the Iconic Petronas Twin Towers worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kuala Lumpur, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Sky-High Dining Experience at the Iconic Petronas Twin Towers?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Sky-High Dining Experience at the Iconic Petronas Twin Towers suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Sky-High Dining Experience at the Iconic Petronas Twin Towers?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kuala Lumpur can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kuala Lumpur and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Sky-High Dining Experience at the Iconic Petronas Twin Towers start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kuala Lumpur within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Kuala Lumpur?
+
On Outty we rank every Kuala Lumpur experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sambal Streets Kuala Lumpur Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, Genting Highland & Batu Cave Guided Day Tour (SIC/Shared Tour), Private Half-Day Batu Caves and Cutural Tour in Kuala Lumpur. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kuala Lumpur?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kuala Lumpur?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
