Zip lining through the Thai forest
The team was very friendly and patient and helped guide us through the process and have fun! We enjoyed the zip lining very much and beautiful scenery

Bad communication and too delayed
We booked a trip of 45 minutes ziplining in a total trip of 4 hours. We really liked the ziplining and the guides were careful and friendly, but the communication was zero. We didnt have any introduction for the tour, not any program information. At the end of the great zipping, we had to wait for transport and finally were got back in the hotel two hours later. And still they didn't communicatie on this, no excuses or whatever. Very strange and not very professional.

Pass unless you want to do the full day tour
We did the 1 hour zipline tour and our booking was for 4 hours total with travel - instead they tried to upsell us with the 2 hour one and doing other activities because they had no one to transport us back to the hotel. We had booked in the morning to then have time for more activities in the afternoon, instead they make you wait there for hours. During the zip lining - both guides said multiple times things about my husbands weight and made him feel very uncomfortable. My husband is husky but not overweight and I do understand Americans are larger sized but to make multiple comments to where even our 11 year old son heard. We paid extra for earlier transportation back and that was the best part of the trip - the man was super friendly and sweet but we also paid extra for it to be able to leave early after realizing otherwise we would be stuck there for more hours. I would not recommend this tour at all - I am normally always a sweet person and write a negative review maybe once every 10 years.
