It was a bit challenging to convert the voucher to an actual admission ticket. The lovely staff in the help center were more than willing to get the situation sorted out, so once they got involved it was quickly resolved.

If you like zoos, this is an experience you cannot misd
My husband loves zoos. This was the best zoo we have ever been to, there were so many animals, several shows and the zoo had a fabulous tram system as well as excellently marked signage.

Beautiful well maintained zoo
Very nice well maintained zoo. Unfortunately, some areas are too small for the animals (e.g. tiger enclosures). Tip from us: drive up by taxi. It's very far out. Anytime again.

Wonderful Zoo in a jungle setting.
Beautiful jungle environment the tram was life saving for us as the weather was so hot & humid it zapped all of our energy.
