It was a fun and memorable day!

We had a great day on this tour! Phnom Kulen was beautiful and had a nice mix of nature, and history. The Reclining Buddha was impressive, and it was interesting to see the River of a Thousand Lingas. The waterfall was a perfect place to relax for a while. Our guide, Borey, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day enjoyable by sharing lots of interesting information about the places we visited. We also had a comfortable, air-conditioned car, and our driver, Vuthy was friendly and drove safely throughout the trip. Overall, everything was well organized, and because it was a private tour, we could enjoy each stop at our own pace. If you're looking to see more than just the main Angkor temples, I definitely recommend this tour. It was a fun and memorable day!

Response from the operator: Dear Chan, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear you had such a great day exploring Phnom Kulen. It's great to know you enjoyed the Reclining Buddha, the River of a Thousand Lingas, and had time to relax at the waterfall. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Borey and Vuthy. They will be happy to know their friendly service and efforts helped make your trip enjoyable. Thank you for choosing Pineapple Cambodia Tours and for recommending our tour. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure in Cambodia someday!

Another Perfect Day Trip with Pineapple Cambodia! Paren & Thunna Are the Best!

After having such a great time with Pineapple Cambodia at Angkor, we immediately booked them again for a day trip to Phnom Kulen and Beng Mealea. Our family of five loves adventure, and our day trip to Phnom Kulen National Park and the incredible Beng Mealea Temple with Pineapple Cambodia was a total highlight. We were so happy to have our guide Paren and driver Thunna again—they are truly the best in the business! The journey to these more remote sites is long, but Thunna's excellent driving made it feel seamless. His van was a comfortable and cool oasis, and we always knew we were in safe hands. At Phnom Kulen, Paren was the perfect guide, showing us the most beautiful spots at the waterfall and explaining the significance of the sacred carvings in the riverbed. Then, at Beng Mealea—the ultimate "Indiana Jones" temple—he helped us explore the vast, overgrown ruins with confidence and excitement. He was patient with our kids and took the most amazing photos for us. We can't recommend this team enough. They make every step of the journey an amazing part of the overall experience. If you are looking for an authentic, engaging, and unforgettable adventure, you must book with Pineapple Cambodia and ask for Paren and Thunna.

Response from the operator: Dear Joey, Thank you so much for choosing Pineapple Cambodia again after your Angkor tour and for sharing such a wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that your day trip to Phnom Kulen and Beng Mealea was a highlight of your family’s adventure in Cambodia. Paren and Thunna will be thrilled to know how much you appreciated their guiding and driving. They truly enjoy making each trip special, whether it’s sharing the sacred history at Phnom Kulen, ensuring comfort and safety on the journey, or helping families explore Beng Mealea’s magical ruins with ease. It’s always rewarding for us to see families experience both the adventure and the culture in such a meaningful way. We’re especially glad your kids had a fun and memorable time, too. On behalf of our whole team, thank you for recommending us so warmly. We look forward to welcoming you back for more adventures in Cambodia in the future! Sincerely, Pineapple Cambodia Tours,

Best Tour Guide, and Driver (Phally & Vuthy), and Tour Was Well-Organized!

Our trip to Cambodia was incredible, but this private tour to Phnom Kulen and Beng Mealea was a true highlight. I can't say enough good things about our guide, Phally, and our driver, Vuthy. Phally was fantastic from start to finish. He was so passionate and knowledgeable, sharing stories about the ancient Khmer Empire that made the places come alive. He was also very thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable and answering all of our questions with a friendly smile. He knew the best spots for photos and the perfect pace for the tour. And a huge shout-out to our driver, Vuthy! He was an absolute professional. The car was clean and comfortable, and he navigated the roads perfectly. We always felt safe and at ease, even on some of the more rural back roads. He was also very punctual and was always waiting for us right where he said he'd be and yes with cold waters and cold towels. The tour itself was a dream. We loved seeing the Reclining Buddha and the serene River of a Thousand Lingas at Phnom Kulen. But the real adventure was Beng Mealea. Exploring this jungle-covered temple felt like being an explorer from an old movie. It was huge, mysterious, and so much fun to climb around. This tour was well-organized, and the combination of a great guide and a safe, reliable driver made it a truly flawless experience. Highly, highly recommend!

Response from the operator: Dear Noah, Thank you for your excellent review of your recent tour with us. We are so pleased to hear that you had a truly flawless experience with your guide, Phally, and your driver, Vuthy. We take great pride in our team, and your praise for Phally's knowledge and Vuthy's professionalism is greatly appreciated. We strive to provide well-organized and comfortable tours, and it's rewarding to know we met your expectations. We are so glad you enjoyed exploring both Phnom Kulen and Beng Mealea, and we hope you will choose us again for your future travels. Sincerely, Pineapple Cambodia Tours,

It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Siem Reap, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

What are the best things to do in Siem Reap?

+

On Outty we rank every Siem Reap experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Small-Group and Guide tours, Angkor Wat full Day 'Small Group with sunset & Tour Guide, Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Tour with Guide from Siem Reap. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Siem Reap?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Siem Reap?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
