Experience there Tokyo.
It's an all-inclusive long tour but if you arrive late they don't wait and they don't give you the option to try to meet the group in one of the restaurants on the itinerary, it's ridiculous, don't throw your money away, they don't actually try to contact and really don't care.

We also made attempts to contact you by phone, but when we called the number provided in your booking, we received an error message indicating that the number was invalid. We also sent you an email in an attempt to reach you. Unfortunately, we did not receive your reply until approximately two hours after the scheduled tour start time, by which point the tour was already underway. We regret that we were unable to accommodate you at that stage, as arranging for a late arrival to join at a later venue could disrupt the schedule and affect the experience of the other participants. We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback.

A Great Introduction to Japanese Food
Kazu was a great guide and very detail-oriented in explaining the food and drinks. The tour was very informative and a good introduction to a variety of Japanese food, from izakaya to ramen. Drinks are also included. Whether this is your first or third visit to Japan, this tour would be a great learning experience.

Terrific Shinjuku Perfect Pairing Food Tour with Alice!
Alice was a terrific guide for the Shinjuku Perfect Pairing Food Tour, leading us to four unique locations where delicious food and drink were featured, each with a different ambiance. The food at all the spots she took us to was uniformly excellent, fresh and tasty, and the drinks provided a good overview of the cocktail culture to be found in Tokyo. Alice was kind and informative, taking the time to explain lots of history of the area, and pausing our tour to show us some convenience store products that she thought we might enjoy. We also detoured to a quiet and peaceful shrine in the middle of busy Shinjuku that we never would have known about otherwise. The tour ended at Family Mart, where we picked up dessert for later, as we were far too full for any more food or drink! We highly recommended Alice and this tour!

Great tour experience in Tokyo
This has been a great tour. The restaurant choices and the food variety and quality were outstanding. The tour guide ,Yuki, was very knowledgeable and explained different aspects of the tour in minute details. Yuki was very pleasant and had great communication skills. This was one of the best tours that I have taken in Tokyo thus far and I do strongly recommend it.
