Horrible
Was waiting in van for over 45 minutes before we actually left the airport they were looking for other guests to go in van. Did not like the whole experience of looking for the desk number. People in line covered the numbers and took a long time to registet. Driver was excellent.

Airport transfers
Had 1230 reservations to be picked up at hotel and brought to airport. Got a call at 1130 from front desk that our ride was there.we were not ready as our reservation was at 1230.went to front desk at 1215 and was told that the driver had left and said he wasn’t coming back.Had to take taxi to airport. STAY AWAY!!!!

Got delayed by customs,...
Got delayed by customs, and my pickup time got pushed back. They were very understanding. The driver who took me to the hotel was unsure of the location, but still stayed with me during the time I was actively looking for the place to make sure I was okay, as it was already late at night.
