4. Sinan Mansions

   Sinan Mansions are not one building, but buildings of 51 historic garden houses. They also bring together a variety of architectural styles. 5. CaoYang FengQing

   Caoyang New Village is a local renowned community in Shanghai, which welcomes foreign friends to experience local Shanghainese's life. In their community center, you can see local people's cultural life like write calligraphy, Chinese playing ping pong, local handicraft etc. It is like a window for foreigner to have a further understanding about Shanghaier's daily life. We will visit a local resident home and talk with them with the help of a guide to know about people's life. The master will teach us how to cook Chinese Food and make Shanghai Wontons or Dumplings, then enjoy eating your creations and visit Caoyang New Village.

6. Taikang Road

7. Yuyuan Old Street

   Shanghai Old Street, historically called Miaoqian Dajie, is an old business street that has a combination of tourist attractions, shops, entertainment and cultural exhibits. It owes its special social attractions and rich commercial background to the fact that the earliest bank, gold shop, jeweler's store, wine shop and tea house of the city were all to be found here. Visiting the old alleys of Shanghai is a great way to discover the traditional culture of this city and experience the real life of the Shanghainese.

8. Yu Garden

   Yu Garden is the largest of Shanghai's ancient gardens with Ming and Qing architectural styles. Yu Garden is small in size, but it contains all elements that a classical Chinese garden should have. The pavilions, halls, rockeries, ponds and cloisters all have unique characteristics. The garden has six areas, each with its own style. The Grand Rockery, in the center of the Garden, is the most renowned sight. You can walk to the Zigzag Nine Bend Bridge. Chinese people believe that the number nine symbolizes auspiciousness. Walking across the Bridge is said to bring people good luck. The Bridge leads to Mid-Lake Pavilion Teahouse, which is the oldest teahouse in Shanghai.

9. The Bund (Wai Tan)

   The Bund is the famous waterfront on the west bank of the Huangpu River and is regarded as the symbol of Shanghai. Here, the charm of Shanghai as a bustling metropolis combining the century-old history and flourishing future is fully presented, making the Bund Shanghai a must-see attraction. We will see the 26 various buildings of different architectural styles at the Bund.

10. Nanjing Lu (Nanjing Road)

    Nanjing Road is considered to be the 'No. 1 commercial street in China', which has been a landmark for this city for a long time. Along its 5.5 kilometers, you will find over 600 shops that on average are visited by some 1.7 million people each day. Here, you could purchase everything wanted, spanning from special and cheap souvenirs to the luxurious world famous brands. Soak in the bustle of this pedestrianized street, a microcosm of modern China, and take a stroll to peruse the stores and purchase souvenirs.
