Great Tour and Guide
We had an absolutely fantastic day exploring Shanghai with Jane, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better guide. From the moment we met her, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to show us her city. It felt like spending the day with a knowledgeable local friend rather than being on a tour. Jane customized the day perfectly and made sure we got to experience both the iconic sights and the unique character of Shanghai. Walking along The Bund while she shared stories about the city's fascinating history and impressive skyline gave us a whole new appreciation for how Shanghai has evolved over the years. Visiting Yu Garden was another highlight, and Jane explained the history and symbolism behind the beautiful architecture and gardens in a way that made it so much more meaningful. We also loved wandering through the French Concession, where Jane pointed out hidden gems, historic buildings, and charming streets we never would have discovered on our own. The visit to Shanghai Tower was the perfect way to finish the day—the views were absolutely breathtaking, and Jane made sure we knew exactly what we were looking at as we admired the city from above. What really made the tour special was Jane herself. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, funny, and happy to answer every question we had. She paced the day perfectly, never making us feel rushed, and she even gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, cafés, and places to explore after the tour. Every recommendation was excellent! This was one of the best tours we've ever done and easily one of the highlights of our trip to China. If you're visiting Shanghai, this tour is an absolute must.
