A great day in Seoul
This was a beautifully curated tour which incorporated Changdeokgung, Bukchon Village Insadong and Han River cruise. It was a private tour and our guide was Kim soo. He was able to modify our trip based on personal preference which we greatly appreciated
Response from the operator: Hello 😊 Thank you so much for your kind review. We’re truly glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour and that the itinerary, including Changdeokgung, Bukchon Village, Insadong, and the Han River cruise, met your expectations. It’s wonderful to know that the private experience felt thoughtfully curated for you. We’re especially happy that Kim Soo was able to adjust the tour based on your preferences—he will be delighted to hear your kind words 😊 Thank you again for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Korea! Best regards, LEAD YOURT TRIP

Best Guide Jay!
We urgently got the tour guide. I stopped alone because of nothing, but thanks to the guide Jay, everything was resolved! He also provided a lot of interesting information about the tour venue, and continued to talk to the staff about whether or not entering the tour spot would take longer and coordinated the situation as much as possible. They were pleasant and friendly, and the foreign guests who were with us on the tour also talked and asked a lot about Korea. Jay knew everything and answered everything. Finally, after the tour, the guests put together the information they asked Jay and gave it to me. Photos of course! Next time, if you need another tour guide, you'll probably choose ReedAir Trip and Jay without hesitation. Recommend!
Response from the operator: 소중한 후기 남겨주셔서 감사합니다. 즐거운 시간 보내셨다니 저희도 기쁩니다. 다음에 또 찾아주시면 더 좋은 경험으로 보답드리겠습니다!

Great guide who spoke...
Great guide who spoke excellent English. We visited a Buddhist temple downtown that was exceptional; the river cruise was a bit short.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your valuable feedback. We’re pleased to know that our service met your expectations.

Seoul All City Tour
Incredibly memorable day touring Seoul! With the announcement of the presidential impeachment decision, the city was flooded with protesters and police. Our tour guide Moon kept us feeling safe while giving us the complete tour! She was so professional and energetic on a day that was very trying for any tour guide.
Response from the operator: Thanks for your review. We also enjoyed touring with you. We hope that your trip with us will be a good memory for you. Look forward to meet you next time again.

Definitely recommended!
After getting over my jetlag this was the first insight I had into Seoul. It covered the places I wanted to go and see. There is so much history and knowledge which I gained from the tour guide Gabby. Amazing experience and I met some amazing people on the way
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review. We were so happy to be with you too.

Why this scores 59
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Seoul Private Tour: Palace, Bukchon, Insadong & Han River Cruise: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seoul.
How much does Seoul Private Tour: Palace, Bukchon, Insadong & Han River Cruise cost?
+
Prices start at $120 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seoul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Seoul Private Tour: Palace, Bukchon, Insadong & Han River Cruise take?
+
Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seoul is not rushed.
Is Seoul Private Tour: Palace, Bukchon, Insadong & Han River Cruise worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Seoul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Seoul Private Tour: Palace, Bukchon, Insadong & Han River Cruise?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Seoul Private Tour: Palace, Bukchon, Insadong & Han River Cruise suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 9-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Seoul Private Tour: Palace, Bukchon, Insadong & Han River Cruise?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seoul can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seoul and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Seoul Private Tour: Palace, Bukchon, Insadong & Han River Cruise start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seoul within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seoul?
+
On Outty we rank every Seoul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include DMZ Tour: Defector Q&A, Tunnel & Suspension Bridge /Hotel pick up, Best DMZ Tour Seoul: Defector Q&A, 3rd Tunnel & Suspension Bridge, 2026 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best: DMZ Tour from Seoul. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seoul?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seoul?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
