    Fantastic hiking tour!

I had the most wonderful private tour with Youla, and every detail felt so thoughtful and personal. She planned a beautiful hike just for me and even brought hiking poles to make sure I felt comfortable and supported along the way. She also surprised me with a delicious Korean pear, which was incredibly refreshing during the hike. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and Youla made the entire experience feel relaxed, meaningful, and special. Afterward, we enjoyed wonderful Korean BBQ, which was the perfect way to end such a memorable day. Youla’s kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made this experience truly unforgettable. I am so grateful for the time and thought she put into making the day perfect for me. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your heartfelt review! It means so much that you took the time to share your experience and all the little moments we enjoyed together. I'm especially grateful that you trusted me to be part of your trip in Korea. Meeting wonderful guests like you is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do!!! And, I'm so happy we were able to create such special memories together again in Seoul! I hope our paths cross again, whether in Korea or somewhere else in the world. Until then, I wish you many more amazing adventures and happy memories. Thank you again for your kindness and support!! Season & Sense Youla Jo

    Seoul hiking

Hiking was good enough. It was suitable for all our members. Not too crazy but still little bit challenging. The view was amazing!! You can see pretty much all the views of Seoul. And the last, bbq was tasty. Youla made us Soju bomb.

Response from the operator: Thank you for being part of this tour! I truly appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and I’m happy to hear you had a good experience. I hope this memory stays with you as one of your special moments in Korea!! Youla Jo | Season & Sense Korea

Nature, city views and delicious food!!

Amazing!! The hike is wonderful way to overlook the city and be in nature on a sunny Saturday morning. Youla served delicious homemade snacks and tangerine tea while we gazed out at the Seoul skyline. The bbq lunch was incredible! We couldn’t decide between the duck and pork so got both and also tried Youla’s favourite (kimchi soup) - everything was delicious. If you’re lucky enough to be around for hotteok season (November to March), grab a honey hotteok from around the finer afterwards. The day was a perfect blend of workout, nature and indulging in the wonderful local cuisine! Highly recommended!!!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this lovely review. It makes me so happy to know that the day felt like the perfect blend of hiking, nature, and delicious local food. From the sunny Achasan views to the homemade snacks, tangerine tea, BBQ, and even hotteok, I am really glad you enjoyed each part of the experience! Sharing these local flavors and little personal favorites is one of the best parts of hosting this tour for me. You are always welcome back, and I will be ready to greet you again with more food, beautiful views, and another special Seoul memory!! Sincerely, Youla Jo | Season & Sense Korea

Seoul Hiking, Korean BBQ & Local Guide | Small Group Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seoul.

How much does Seoul Hiking, Korean BBQ & Local Guide | Small Group Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $80 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seoul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Seoul Hiking, Korean BBQ & Local Guide | Small Group Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seoul is not rushed.

Is Seoul Hiking, Korean BBQ & Local Guide | Small Group Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seoul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Seoul Hiking, Korean BBQ & Local Guide | Small Group Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Seoul Hiking, Korean BBQ & Local Guide | Small Group Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Seoul Hiking, Korean BBQ & Local Guide | Small Group Tour?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seoul can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seoul and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Seoul Hiking, Korean BBQ & Local Guide | Small Group Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seoul within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Seoul?

    +

On Outty we rank every Seoul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include DMZ Tour: Defector Q&A, Tunnel & Suspension Bridge /Hotel pick up, Best DMZ Tour Seoul: Defector Q&A, 3rd Tunnel & Suspension Bridge, 2026 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best: DMZ Tour from Seoul. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Seoul?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Seoul?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
