All that I hoped for and more
This tour was all that I hoped for and more! Chris and Neil are wonderful hosts and the tour was well planned out. E-biking on the back roads around Ronda was beautiful, fun and expansive - it felt good to be in the open after busy cities. The stops along the way for food (delicious and plentiful) and views were perfect. We did the added stop of Roman ruins at Acinipo which I highly recommend. The amphitheater is cool but the views are AMAZING. The end stop at Sentinel de Bodegas is perfect. All in all a great experience from start to finish.
Response from the operator: Thanks Terri! It was great cycling with you and we agree, Acinipo is fantastic. So glad you enjoyed yourself. All the best for the rest of your holiday, and we hope Steve is feeling better, cheers Chriss

A fantastic day out to Setinel
We were picked up in Ronda promptly by Chris and Neil at 9am. A lovely couple with a great story to how they came to be where they are. We were then taken to their home in El Gastor where we started our journey on the e-bikes. Neither me or my wife are fit to be cycling 30km, but the battery power makes it almost effortless, and it’s required for the steeper hill sections. The views are breathtaking, and plenty of stops along the way to top up with cold water and snacks and take photos. Chris was in front on the bike leading, and Neil in the car following with ice cold water as it was SUPER HOT! We shared wine & tapas that they’d prepared before heading into Setinel where we had opportunity to explore. We then had lunch in a nearby restaurant in Setinel before being taken back to Ronda by car. Overall it’s a great day. Very relaxed, something different, amazing views, very picturesque, and hosted by a lovely couple. Thanks so much Chris and Neil for a fabulous day. Ben & Kelly.
Response from the operator: Ben and Kelly thanks heaps for your great review, we really enjoyed your company and had a great time. Glad you appreciated the battery too! All the best and one day we may drop by Liverpool! Cheers Chriss and Neil

The Perfect Way to See Setenil and the Andalusian Countryside - on an E-bike!
Our e-bike trip to Setenil with Chriss and Neil was the highlight of our trip to Spain! We were picked up in Ronda at 9:00am, which was the perfect time to ride since it hadn’t gotten hot yet. We drove into the country to get our e-bikes and from there we rode the bikes into the hills. Neither my husband nor I are hardcore bikers, but the motors on the bikes allowed us to climb the steep hills with ease (even with a headwind). The landscape was spectacular with white villages in the distance, castles on the hill, and craggy mountains in the background. We stopped for tapas and wine along the way, explored a small hamlet, enjoyed the beautiful scenery, and later arrived in Setenil. Setenil is an crazy village with buildings built directly under giant cliffs. It’s not easy to get to Setenil without a car and if you have one, you have to find a place to park. Arriving by bike is the perfect way to get there. After exploring the town, we biked to a lovely restaurant and had a delicious lunch. Along the way, Chriss and Neil told us about the area, the small towns, olive growing, and much more. They were very accommodating, giving us options to make our trip exactly to our liking. We couldn’t have asked for better guides or a better trip. We highly recommend Edible Bike Tours and especially the ride to Setenil.
Response from the operator: Thanks so much for your amazing review, we had a great time with you both and so glad you enjoyed your day. We love this Setenil tour and glad you did too! All the best, Chriss and Neil

Why this scores 57
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Sensational Setenil by e-bike (full day): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Malaga.
How much does Sensational Setenil by e-bike (full day) cost?
+
Prices start at $160 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Malaga usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Sensational Setenil by e-bike (full day) take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Malaga is not rushed.
Is Sensational Setenil by e-bike (full day) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Malaga, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Sensational Setenil by e-bike (full day)?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Sensational Setenil by e-bike (full day) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Sensational Setenil by e-bike (full day)?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Malaga can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Malaga and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Sensational Setenil by e-bike (full day) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Malaga within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Malaga?
+
On Outty we rank every Malaga experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Malaga City Tour 2 Hours Monumental Segway Tour, Taste of Malaga Tour : Tapas, History and Local Customs, Go local for a day!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Malaga?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Malaga?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
