Worst Viator Experience Ever!!!!!!!
We got to the meeting point on Beale Street at BB Kings Club, thinking someone would be there to get us on our way.NO ONE WAS THERE. The staff out front was clueless. Okay, I thought there some instructions for a self guided AUDIO tour that we just needed to connect our phones to. NOT SO . There was NOTHING THERE NO PEOPLE NO INSTRUCTIONS. THIS WAS THE WORST Experience IVE EVER HAD WITH VIATOR. And I’ve used them quite a bit. I would expect nothing less than a full refund for an experience we NEVER received. The young girl out front of BB’s suggested we were being scammed. I actually defended the company Viator. This experience was poorly administered and we ended up wandering about on our own with NO clue as to the history of many of the locations on the street.

Our mistake we should have read the fine print. It wasn’t an audible tour. We had to stop, navigate with gps to the location and read.
