fine

On arrival the tickets were not good. Unfriendly woman turned us away without explaining what exactly was wrong. At the ticket service they did explain to us how we could use the tickets. Cruise itself was fine.

Macaroons were a bust

The river boat was nice but the macron add in was an issue. The address listed did not bring you to them and no one could help us find it. We asked many people working by the boat. We had to leave with no macaroons so a co plate waste of 24 additional euros

Response from the operator: Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you had difficulties finding the macarons collection point during your visit. We understand how disappointing it must have been not to receive this part of your experience. Please note that the macarons collection details, including the address and instructions, are provided in the confirmation email sent after booking. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the information as clear and easy to follow as possible for our guests. Thank you again for sharing your comments, and we hope to welcome you on another tour in the future. Kind regards, Reservation Team Tugba

Horrible process

I’m not able to review the boat or ride as we were not able to get on. When purchasing the tickets it had us select a time. When we arrived, as instructed, 20 minutes early to our selected time, the line was absolutely insane. When we asked about our scheduled time, we were told to get in that line. We spoke to the information desk, and she informed us that a boat arrives every thirty minutes and you are not guaranteed to get on any specific time, but to wait in line. We were not the only ones frustrated as many didn’t know this information. All she said was no refunds and you have a month to use the tickets. Well that’s great if you aren’t leaving the next day. It was a waste of money, and a huge disappointment for everyone in my group. 10/10 do not recommend

Response from the operator: Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were unable to enjoy the boat cruise during your visit and understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when your time in Paris was limited. We would like to clarify that, as mentioned in the information email sent after booking, the tickets are valid for 30 days and guests can join the boat at any time during the operating hours. The cruise operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and waiting times may vary depending on the number of visitors. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure that all information is clear and easily accessible for our guests before their visit. Thank you again for sharing your comments, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another tour in the future. Kind regards, Reservation Team Tugba

Seina cruise

Nice boat with a huge terrace. Guides available either online on your device or on the boat (inside) not the roof. Crew was great, smiley, making jokes.

Response from the operator: Dear Customer, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your wonderful feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the boat, especially the spacious terrace and the opportunity to take in the views during your cruise. It’s also wonderful to know that you found the guide options convenient and appreciated the helpful and cheerful crew. We truly appreciate your kind words about our team and are pleased that their friendly attitude and sense of humor helped make your experience even more enjoyable. Thank you again for choosing us. We hope to welcome you on another memorable experience in Paris in the future. Kind regards, Reservation Team Tuğba

Seine River Cruise Tour and Optional Macaron Tasting: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.

How much does Seine River Cruise Tour and Optional Macaron Tasting cost?

+

Prices start at $20 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Seine River Cruise Tour and Optional Macaron Tasting take?

+

Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.

Is Seine River Cruise Tour and Optional Macaron Tasting worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 44 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (2.8/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Seine River Cruise Tour and Optional Macaron Tasting?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Seine River Cruise Tour and Optional Macaron Tasting suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 4. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 1-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Seine River Cruise Tour and Optional Macaron Tasting?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Seine River Cruise Tour and Optional Macaron Tasting start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Paris?

+

Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Paris?

+

April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Paris?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
