Boat Cruise Fun. Show not as much
The dinner cruise was nice and fun. The show not as much we got stuck at a table with limited viewing. Very disappointing
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re pleased you enjoyed the dinner cruise, but we’re sorry to hear about the limited view during the show. We understand how disappointing that must have been and will share your feedback with our partners to improve seating arrangements for future guests. Kind Regards,

Great event, poor transporation
We were very disappointed in the transportation for this tour. The tour itself was great as far as the dinner cruise,, Eiffel tower and Moulin Rouge show. When I made the reservation the show was to be at 10pm. However, we were moved to an 11:30 show at the Moulin Rouge due to being booked on a tour bus of the city of Paris. We had already had a tour of the city and this was just being duplicated. I would suggest that when you provide transportation for your tours that you dedicate a bus just to the attractions that are booked and not a city tour.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very glad that you enjoyed the dinner cruise, the Eiffel Tower, and the Moulin Rouge show. We are sorry, however, for the disappointment with the transportation and the timing of the cabaret show. As indicated on the product page, guests may attend either the first or the second show at the Moulin Rouge, depending on the cabaret program and availability, and we regret if this was not clear when booking. We also appreciate your comments about the city tour portion of the transportation, and we will share your suggestion with our team to see how we can make this experience smoother and more tailored to our guests’ expectations. Thank you again for your review, and we hope to welcome you on another tour in the future. Best regards,

Do not use use this Tour Company!!!!! We were abandoned.
Do not use this company. We have tried to resolve this issue before putting a terrible review but they are ignoring us. We were left on the side of the river after our dinner so we missed most of our time at Eiffel Tower by the time we’ve got out of the Eiffel Tower due to the huge crowds we then got back too late for the trip to the Moulin Rouge. We have tried to liaise with the Tour company and they’re not interested in talking to us very very bad Service we went all the way to Paris and missed the Moulin Rouge which was on my bucket list. This Tour cost us €600 +2 taxi rides and we have not even been reimbursed for any of it.
Response from the operator: We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and the disappointment it caused, especially missing the Moulin Rouge, we understand how important that was to you. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you’ve described. We never want our guests to feel ignored, and we’re sorry if our previous communication fell short. Your feedback is being taken very seriously, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to look into this further. Please reach out to us at booking@pariscityvision.com with your booking details so we can investigate and work toward a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we genuinely want to make things right. Warm regards,

Fantastic From Start to Finish
Amazing from start to finish, started with the river cruise, food was great and had a live singer, we then went to the Eiffel Tower which was lovely as we saw it in daylight then lit up (make sure you ask the guide what exit number you need to leave from to meet back up as there are quite a few) then onto the Moulin Rouge which was a fantastic show, book tickets with half a bottle of champagne each as you get much better seats, this trip is a definite to do loved it from start to finish
Response from the operator: Dear Patricia, Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had an amazing time from start to finish. It’s great to know that you enjoyed the river cruise, the food, the live music, and the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. We're also happy to hear that the Moulin Rouge show was a highlight of your evening! We appreciate your tip about the exit at the Eiffel Tower, it’s always helpful for future guests. We’ll be sure to keep it in mind! Thank you for recommending this experience. We hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable adventure soon! Best regards,

Organisation was a little chaotic and rushed I feel the 3 activities together was too much to get timing right

We understand that when multiple activities are combined, it can sometimes feel rushed, and we will take your comments into consideration as we look to improve the flow of our tours. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again in the future for a more relaxed and well-paced tour. Best regards,

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Seine Dinner Cruise, Eiffel Tower Access and Moulin Rouge Show: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.
How much does Seine Dinner Cruise, Eiffel Tower Access and Moulin Rouge Show cost?
+
Prices start at $404 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Seine Dinner Cruise, Eiffel Tower Access and Moulin Rouge Show take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.
Is Seine Dinner Cruise, Eiffel Tower Access and Moulin Rouge Show worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 2,310 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Seine Dinner Cruise, Eiffel Tower Access and Moulin Rouge Show?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Seine Dinner Cruise, Eiffel Tower Access and Moulin Rouge Show suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 7-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Seine Dinner Cruise, Eiffel Tower Access and Moulin Rouge Show?
+
Around 809 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Seine Dinner Cruise, Eiffel Tower Access and Moulin Rouge Show start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Paris?
+
Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Paris?
+
April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Paris?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
