Perfect experience and 100% recommendable company
Excellent way to see the city. Vanessa great guide! Patient, clear and with super explanations. A super good way to see the city in a fun way and without getting tired. With a break of 10-15 minutes for pastries and coffee so that the cold would leave the body. We recommend it! (We were two adults and two 12-year-old teenagers who had a great time)
Gracias nuevamente

Highlight of our stay
We were embraced by competent, friendly, knowledgeable staff and our segway tour turned out to be the highlight of our 3 days in Copenhagen. We loved the fun facts, saw many sights and had fun whizzing about on our segway. The stop at the christmas market was just right before enjoying a glogg back at the office.
Response from the operator: Dear yvettekube, Thank you so much for the 5 stars and the very generous compliments🙏 it means so much to us that you had a fun Christmas cruise around the city and we could add some entertainment to your Copenhagen getaway! And so glad you got to try our Gløgg - you are true Segway Vikings now 😊 Thanks again for cruising with us and we hope you’ll come visit us on your next Copenhagen trip! Very best, Kasper

Really fun Segway tour with a nice break
My wife and I did the Christmas tour and it was a really nice experience. You actually get to see a lot on the Segway tour part and you begin in an area with no trafic which we really liked. They do tell you to dress warm and although we said no to borrow gloves at the start of the tour, we were very glad the guide had some spare in his bag which we gladly accepted after 5 minutes :) It was nice with the break at the Christmas markets and we went to see both of them. Had a really fun guide and we felt very safe throughout. The glogg we had bought from Segway cruise was awesome - they are not kidding when they say it's strong! Lovely and friendly company, they make you feel very welcome and the whole experience has a personal touch which we really liked! Recommend this tour.
Response from the operator: Dear Steven, Thank you very much for taking the time to review your Segway tour with us! We are so happy you enjoyed our seasonal version :) We are glad you also enjoyed the benefits we have of uniquely beginning the tour in a no-car zone, and in fact the majority of both our 1-hour and Christmas tours takes place in no-traffic zones, which is really great! The gloves :) Yes as long as you dress warmly, you will fully enjoy the benefits of cruising on a Segway tour - so we are glad our guide brought you an extra pair - He will be really happy to read your review and to hear you enjoyed the whole Segway Cruise Experience! Thanks again for the recommendation and cheers to strong gløgg ;) Very best, Kasper

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Segway Tour: Copenhagen Christmas Cruise: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Copenhagen.
How much does Segway Tour: Copenhagen Christmas Cruise cost?
+
Prices start at $449 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Copenhagen usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Segway Tour: Copenhagen Christmas Cruise take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Copenhagen is not rushed.
Is Segway Tour: Copenhagen Christmas Cruise worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Copenhagen, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Segway Tour: Copenhagen Christmas Cruise?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Segway Tour: Copenhagen Christmas Cruise suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Segway Tour: Copenhagen Christmas Cruise?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Copenhagen can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Copenhagen and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Segway Tour: Copenhagen Christmas Cruise start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Copenhagen within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Copenhagen?
+
On Outty we rank every Copenhagen experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Grand Day Trip around Copenhagen, Walk & Canal Tour: Copenhagen Highlights + Changing of the Guards, Danish Hygge and Culture Walking Tour in Copenhagen Old Town. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Copenhagen?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Copenhagen?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
