Juan was an Amazing Tour Guide. The wines were great and the food at Merkin excellent!

We’re so glad you enjoyed your 4-Hour SIP & Savor Tour with Juan. He has a great way of making every Sedona wine tour fun, engaging, and memorable. Visiting Alcantara Vineyard, Merkin, and Vino Di Sedona offers a wonderful mix of scenery, flavors, and local charm across Arizona wine country, and it’s great to hear you enjoyed both the wines and the food at Merkin. Thank you again for spending part of your time with us. We’d love to welcome you back for another unforgettable Sedona wine tasting tour along the Verde Valley Wine Trail. Amazing Experience with Kind Tour Guides!
Jim is an amazing person. He was warm and inviting. His knowledge of wine was extensive and he made sure that we all enjoyed our excursion. He also knew so much about the area and was able to teach us many lessons about Arizona. His assistant Taylor was also a pleasure. Together they made an amazing team! I even left my cell phone in the car and Jim and Taylor brought it back to the hotel for me. They go above nd beyond for their customers and I would definitely do this tour again!!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review! I’m absolutely delighted to hear that you had such an amazing experience on your wine tour. It was a true pleasure sharing my knowledge of wine and Arizona with you, and I’m so glad you enjoyed the journey as much as we did! Taylor and I always aim to go above and beyond for our guests, and I’m happy we could reunite you with your cell phone. Your kind words mean the world to us, and we’re so thrilled that we could make your excursion memorable. We’d love to welcome you back for another tour anytime! Thank you again for trusting us with your Sedona adventure. Cheers to more incredible experiences ahead!

Sedona Arizona Wine Tasting Experience: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Sedona.
How much does Sedona Arizona Wine Tasting Experience cost?
+
Prices start at $666 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Sedona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Sedona Arizona Wine Tasting Experience take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Sedona is not rushed.
Is Sedona Arizona Wine Tasting Experience worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 44 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Sedona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Sedona Arizona Wine Tasting Experience?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Sedona Arizona Wine Tasting Experience suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Sedona Arizona Wine Tasting Experience?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Sedona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sedona and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Sedona Arizona Wine Tasting Experience start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Sedona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Sedona?
+
Sedona's activity market is dominated by off-road jeep tours, and the difference between operators comes down to which trails they are permitted to run. Beyond that: vortex and energy walks, hot air balloon lifts at dawn, stargazing sessions in one of the darkest skies in the country, and Grand Canyon day runs north. We rank on permit access and group size. On Outty we rank every Sedona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small-Group Grand Canyon Complete Tour from Sedona or Flagstaff, Sedona’s ONLY Guided ATV Tour: Western Red Rock Backcountry, Sedona Off-Road Jeep Tour: Rugged Western Canyons & Wildlife. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Sedona?
+
March to May and September to November. Summer afternoons bring monsoon storms. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Sedona?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
