Poor experience

I come from a Spanish-speaking country and signed up for the tour in English, but it was conducted almost entirely in Mandarin Chinese; the people involved didn't speak English. The guide seemed lost and didn't know where he was taking us—he didn't even know the location of Amazon Headquarters, which is part of the tour. He also claimed I hadn't paid for the tour, which is impossible, as Viator wouldn't issue a ticket without payment. It was a very bad experience. On top of that, he was falling asleep while driving.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the poor experience you had on our tour. After reviewing your concerns with our guide, we acknowledge the following: Language: The tour was indeed conducted mainly in Mandarin. While our guide did try to give you personal English commentary, we understand this was not sufficient. We will improve our handling of multilingual groups going forward. Navigation: The guide made GPS errors and took multiple wrong turns before reaching the correct sites. This was our mistake, and we will take steps to prevent it from happening again. Driver alertness: The guide insists he was not sleepy, but we take safety concerns very seriously and will reinforce our policies on driver rest and attentiveness. Payment: The guide mistakenly questioned your payment status, but we have since confirmed that your booking was properly paid through Viator. No payment was requested from you. We sincerely regret this experience. As a goodwill gesture, we would like to offer you a partial refund or a complimentary future tour—please let us know your preference. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you better.

A Day In Seattle

Driver was nice. Coach was clean, comfortable. 7 people went on the tour. The Tour discription said 4 stops but I think we only had 3. The Amazon Village (spheres), Space Needle/Food Court and Pike Place. It was a nice tour. I would recommend it.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your travel experiences with us. According to our investigation, all the attractions were visited and the time was not shortened. Everything is managed according to the itinerary listed on the site. Again, thank you for your support and trust!

Looking from above

Pikes market is huge so map it out before go on this tour because you won’t have time to see it all. This tours should allow at least 4 hours. The Amazon stop was not needed I would have liked to spend more time at the space needle and Pike Market.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback about your recent tour experience. We truly appreciate your insights, as they help us improve our offerings for future guests. We’re glad you enjoyed exploring Pike Place Market, and we appreciate your suggestion about mapping it out in advance—that’s excellent advice for future visitors! We also take note of your comment regarding the tour duration and the Amazon stop. While we strive to create balanced itineraries that showcase multiple highlights, we understand that preferences vary, and your perspective is important to us. Your feedback about allocating more time at Pike Place Market and the Space Needle has been shared with our product development team for review as we continue refining our tours. Thank you again for choosing our tour, and we hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon!

Seattle day trip

The pick up location hasn't got a second option. But the driver was very helpful. The tour was running smoothly and quite enjoyable.

Seattle, Pike Place Market, The Spheres 1 Day Tour from Vancouver: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Vancouver.

How much does Seattle, Pike Place Market, The Spheres 1 Day Tour from Vancouver cost?

+

Prices start at $123 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Vancouver usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Seattle, Pike Place Market, The Spheres 1 Day Tour from Vancouver take?

+

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Vancouver is not rushed.

Is Seattle, Pike Place Market, The Spheres 1 Day Tour from Vancouver worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Vancouver, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Seattle, Pike Place Market, The Spheres 1 Day Tour from Vancouver?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Seattle, Pike Place Market, The Spheres 1 Day Tour from Vancouver suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Seattle, Pike Place Market, The Spheres 1 Day Tour from Vancouver?

+

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Vancouver can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Vancouver and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Seattle, Pike Place Market, The Spheres 1 Day Tour from Vancouver start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Vancouver within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Vancouver?

+

On Outty we rank every Vancouver experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Vancouver City Sightseeing Tour: Capilano Suspension Bridge & Vancouver Lookout, Epic Electric Bike Tour of Vancouver, Whistler, Sea to Sky Gondola, & Shannon Falls Tour from Vancouver. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Vancouver?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Vancouver?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
