Book it! You won’t regret it!
It was so fun with the little jets and our guide was amazing! Showed us everything from the cutest ray named Bridget, to stars, fish, turtles and two more rays who’s names I sadly don’t know. And now we have amazing pictures and a video to remember that amazing trip by!

Triple check pick up time a day or two before you go.
Very disappointing as we had a miss communication. At time of booking I recieved a pick up time which I couldnt find again as the app has disappearing messages. Then on day of tour I recieved an email with a different time, I tried to respond to the email but it was a generic email.. so we missed our pick up, they did call after the pick up left, and noted we still had to pay for the tour which was very expensive. Very disappointing as we were very much so looking forward to it.

The Confusion Over "Start Time" vs. "Pickup Time" Regarding the screenshot you sent us via WhatsApp on the day of the tour, it explicitly states "Start time" at the top next to 1:15 PM, not "Pickup time". The 1:15 PM slot is the official meeting and departure time for the activity at the Sofitel, intended for guests who arrive by their own means. Because your hotel, Moorea Sunset Beach, is a 40-minute drive from our location, a 12:30 PM departure was absolutely mandatory to ensure you arrived on time. We cannot be held responsible for a misreading of the booking details on your end. Written Confirmation via Viator On May 16th, we sent a message directly through the Viator platform explicitly confirming your pickup at Moorea Sunset Beach for 12:30 PM. You successfully received this and replied to us in writing: "Great. Thanks so much". Viator’s messaging system keeps a permanent, accessible log of all communications; messages do not disappear. Because we had your explicit written agreement for the 12:30 PM pickup, we relied entirely on this confirmed schedule. Day of the Tour Our driver arrived exactly on schedule at 12:30 PM and waited at your hotel for a full 20 minutes. By 12:50 PM, you were still not present, and the taxi had no choice but to leave. Waiting any longer was impossible, as it would have delayed the entire excursion and unfairly penalized our other clients who were already waiting at the Sofitel for the 1:15 PM start. Our Efforts to Accommodate You We incurred high, non-refundable taxi fees that day for your scheduled transfer. Despite this financial loss, and as a gesture of goodwill, we still did our absolute best to help by offering to contact you if availability opened up on another day to potentially offer an alternative slot. Unfortunately, you informed us you were departing the island the next day, making it impossible to take advantage of this offer. Between the taxi waiting 20 minutes past the scheduled time and our sincere effort to find you a new slot, we believe we did everything in our power to accommodate you. Because our team fulfilled all obligations and clearly communicated the pickup time—which you confirmed in writing—we cannot issue a refund. Best regards, Nicolas

Amazing Experience — The Stingrays Were the Highlight of Our Trip!
My spouse and I did the Afternoon Jet Express with Moorea Water Sports, and it was such an amazing experience! The guides were fantastic, the scenery was absolutely beautiful, and this was honestly one of the best snorkeling experiences I’ve ever had because it was so unique. We snorkeled over beautiful coral reefs, and at our second snorkeling spot, two adorable stingrays joined us! They were so friendly and stayed with us like two little tour guides showing us around. They were definitely the highlight of the experience for me — and one of my favorite memories from our entire trip! I highly recommend this tour and the wonderful guides at Moorea Water Sports. Another bonus is that the tour starts at the gorgeous Sofitel hotel right on the beach. We were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and have lunch before heading out, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re visiting Moorea, definitely add this to your list! 🌴🐠🤿💕
